It comprises a bedroom with a 90 x 200 cm bunk bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room with a 160 x 200 cm sofa bed for you to relax on after a day out.

The following amenities are available: hairdryer, television, dishwasher, raclette machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, coffee machine, garden, microwave, oven, iron, towel dryer, ski storage room, balcony, etc.

Parking: public municipal paid parking at 100m, free public parking at 1km

The accommodation does not have Wi-Fi, but that won't stop you from enjoying the beauty of the surroundings.

One of the major advantages of this flat is its brightness. It is also highly appreciated for its privileged location, close to various restaurants and only a 5-minute walk from a Super U and Drive for your everyday shopping.

Paid public municipal parking located about 100 m away, and free public parking available approximately 1 km away.

You can enjoy a peaceful environment, with views of the residence's wooded park and Mont Blanc. The town centre and pedestrian zone are a 1-minute walk away, and there is a bus stop nearby with services to all areas.

Hiking trails and walks along the Arve river are also in the immediate vicinity.

Nearby, you will enjoy a ski-in/ski-out from the Savoy slope right next to the residence, as well as the ESF Ski School in the residence. The thermal baths QC thermes are accessible on foot in 5 minutes, and the landing of the paragliders is next to the residence.

The La Folie Douce bar is a minute's walk away, as are the pedestrianised town centre and the market. The station for the famous Montenvers train is a 5-minute walk away, while the Brévent ski lifts and the Aiguille du Midi cable car are 5 to 10 minutes' walk away respectively (be prepared for a steep climb to reach the Brévent cable cars!).

A sports centre with a swimming pool, ice rink, stadium and tennis courts, as well as facilities for children, is just a 2-minute walk away. You can also hire skis and mountain bikes opposite the building and enjoy delicious dining options, such as the ‘Le Malabar Princess’ restaurant, right next door.

You will be provided with a travel card for free travel on the internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates on the Chamonix Bus urban shuttle services (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
