You'll love it here at our beautiful and peaceful home away from home! This romantic, charming vacation rental condo is a mile from historic Taos Plaza.
Center of town, but on a very quiet cul-de-sac. Views of the mountains. Great skiing at nearby at Taos Ski Valley. High-end furniture; suave mixing of old country charm & sophisticated comfortable furnishings. Lots of art on the walls.
Beautiful gas log kiva fireplace, stained concrete floors with radiant heating.
Beautiful vigas and tongue-in groove ceiling creates the Northern New Mexico old world charm.
Full kitchen and baths. King bed in Master bedroom, convertible daybed in the den (converts from 1 twin to 2 twins or a king bed).
Private brick patio out the back for outdoor eating, hot tub or relaxing while admiring the flowers and shade of the tree. Enjoy a romantic weekend or longer vacation. Wireless internet (WiFi). Satellite TV, DVD player, dishwasher, air conditioner, humidifier, washer, dryer, yoga mat. Cooking utensils, linens, towels, shampoo, etc provided. Private parking in front of condo.

I have lived in Northern New Mexico for over 15 years after spending almost 20 in Paris, France (yes, I speak French :-) ). I have a degree in architecture and design and have also dabbled professionally in Land Art. I have tried to make Casa Paloma not only aesthetically pleasing, but a true "respite" for recharging our batteries in our busy world!
Why they chose this property
All of our guests have loved Casa Paloma and many come back as regulars. Often they'll tell me that they loved being in the casa so much that they'd eat and relax at home instead of going out! Guests also love the numerous artwork throughout the casa, many done by members of my family (wonderful artists!). The reviews in our Guestbook say it all!
What makes this property unique
At Casa Paloma, you will truly feel the 'peacefulness' of this lovely home. Walk in the door and relax in a soothing yet sophisticated decor. It is beautiful and yet very cozy! Enjoy the private patio with its hot tub and little garden complete with flowers, grass (except when covered by snow!), a tree and view of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. A private quiet peaceful hidden get-away, yet close to stores, restaurants, etc. Even the UPS man was surprised at how we are in the center of town and yet hidden away!
