Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 60 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the living room/bedroom with lounge. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room / bedroom as intersecting room, 30 sqm and with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, tiled stove, lounge, TV and radio. You have access to the terrace. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom as intersecting room, 10 sqm, not heatable and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and toaster.
1st floor: Bedroom as intersecting room, 30 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and Direct access to the courtyard with the pool. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 2 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna and satellite.

Grižane, district Saftići, 220 m a.s.l. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Detached house. Fully fenced yard with a high wall, not overlooked. Ideal for anyone seeking absolute peace, a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, with birdsong and the sound of silence. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 25 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house. Narrow access road to the parking area in the yard in front of the house. There is also a designated parking space on the property right next to the road, approx. 15 m from the house.
