Welcome to Beach Walk Bungalow. Enjoy our updated, classic beach bungalow, which is 1/2 mile to the beach, Pacific City, HB Pier, and Main Street. Our downtown HB lot is split in half, holding two 1925 historic bungalows. Beach Walk Bungalow is entirely enclosed and private and sits tword the back of the property. The main entrance is off an alley surrounded by a six-foot-high fence. One off-street parking spot is available a few feet from the entrance gate.

Beyond the entrance gate, you will find sunny and inviting outdoor areas. The front grassy area has a dining table for four, an umbrella, a BBQ, and an outdoor shower for quick rinses of sandy feet. Around the corner are an outdoor sofa, chairs, and a fire pit table. Note: The bungalow sits on a raised foundation, so there are three steps up to the entrance door. The bungalow has a full kitchen, a private bedroom, and an ensuite bathroom. The living area has a TV, a work-from-home desk and chair, and a pull-out, comfortable sleeper sofa; this area is open to the kitchen, with everything you need to cook meals. The center island seats four on counter-height stools. The bungalow sleeps four. Please note: The bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom, which means guests using the sofa bed will have to pass through the bedroom to use the bathroom. The bathroom has an interior locking door.

If you have two vehicles or daytime guests, off-street parking is typically available and easy to find unless it is a summer weekend or a local event is happening.

There is a small bungalow behind Beach Walk Bungalow that is rented part-time. This unit's patio abuts the back part of the Beach Walk Bungalow, and six-foot-high fencing, bamboo shades, and outdoor curtains ensure Beach Walk Bungalow guests' complete privacy. The stackable laundry unit sits in a private breezeway off the alley and is available for guest use.guest use.
