Beach 1.5 blocks away - close enough to hear the waves breaking! Two extra-large master bedroom suites are upstairs. Downstairs is a large living room with 55-inch TV. Fully appointed kitchen; covered patio with BBQ, outside shower.
The large 19-by-15-foot bedrooms upstairs each have their own full bath, walk-in closet, TV and balcony. One bedroom has twin beds, and a queen-size sofa bed, while the other has a queen bed with lots of room to relax. The mattresses are new Sealy Posturepedic Pillowtops. Downstairs features a large living room with reclining leather couches that can double as beds if you choose, a big TV, a fully appointed kitchen, dining room and covered patio.
The shady back patio has a grill for BBQ fun, and also features an outdoor shower for returning beach-goers to rinse off after a day at the beach.
Owners and managers Roger and Vicki, who grew up in the area, can help you plan your trip in advance or offer spur-of-the-moment assistance – as the editor of the official Huntington Beach Visitors Guide, Roger literally wrote the book on how to enjoy all that the city has to offer! He and his wife, Vicki, live in the adjacent townhouse and are at your service.
