Beautifully remodeled home near CU, Trails with Flatiron views.

This craftsman style remodel features a bright/sunny open floor plan with beamed ceilings, wood burning stove and big screen entertainment system. A 2nd story master bedroom with balcony, jetted tub and views of the flatirons. Outdoor gas grill, heaters and firepit. A gamers delight with outdoor ping pong, ring toss, washers, bocci ball, corn hole and giant jenga, and 4-square. Bikes available upon request. Only .3 to trails, .6 to CU, .6 to tennis courts/Martin Park, and 2.3 to Downtown Pearl St. Mall (Distances in miles). Basement is separate living area and may be occupied by owners or family of owners. Those occupants will use a backdoor separate entrance. You would share the laundry room but they do not have access to the house or backyard.
