"Domus Solis" we have not called our holiday house for no reason. In our south-facing garden, the sun shines all day (weather permitting). The comfortable, well-equipped holiday home has been rated 4 stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV) 2017. The house is tastefully and comfortably furnished and ideal for relaxing weekends with friends or family holidays. It offers a large living-dining area and an open, fully equipped self-catering kitchen all year round. There is plenty of space for joint activities on the ground floor. The house has 115 square meters of living space, spread over 2 floors.   ��               A spacious 30 sqm covered terrace with garden table, chairs, loungers and sunscreen, invites you to linger. The adjacent, fenced garden is for sole use. On the upper floor of the house can sleep up to 4 people in 2 double rooms rest and relaxation. A children's travel bed can be arranged without problems. On each floor you will find a bathroom with shower and toilet. To make your holiday even more comfortable, you will find kitchenettes, dishwashers, dishwashing detergents, refuse bags and toilets in our holiday house. Bed linen, hand and kitchen towels are included in the rental price. Our house is located directly in Korbach, the center of the Waldecker Land, in a quiet residential street near the city. City center, train station, gastronomy as well as shopping (baker, butcher, food and beverage trade) are within walking distance. Surrounded by the three reservoirs, Edersee, Diemelsee, Twistesee, the two winter sports areas of Willingen and Winterberg and the Weltnaturerbe Nationalpark Kellerwald-Erdersee, Korbach is the ideal starting point for your activities. Please note when booking, please indicate the possible accompanying dog under additional services.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub

Das Ferienhaus Domus Solis ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Sowohl die Einrichtung, Deko, Terrasse und der große Garten sind liebevoll und persönlich gestaltet.Die freundliche Vermieterin, Frau Brieden, hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen. Die Lage und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut.Von Korbach aus waren wir mit unseren Enkeln in 30 bis 60 Minuten bei den tollen Ausflugszielen des Sauerlandes.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können dieses schöne Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen!

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und wir konnten unseren Hund frei laufen lassen. Zentral gelegen, aber dennoch sehr ruhig.

Ein echtes Schmuckstück- gut gelegen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sowohl das Haus samt Garten als auch die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieterin waren außergewöhnlich angenehm. Lediglich fewo hat die Geldbuchung nicht wie erwartet durchgeführt.

Superschönes Haus in guter Lage

Domus Solis ist ein sehr schönes und individuell gestaltetes Haus. Insbesondere auch der Außenbereich ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt und lädt zur Entspannung ein. Im Haus fehlte es an nichts und es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Der Kontakt zur Eigentümerin war sehr freundlich und locker. Das Haus liegt in guter Entfernung zu den umliegenden Seen, so dass man es wunderbar als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nutzen kann.

Schöne Pfingsten

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende bei bestem Wanderwetter in einem sehr schönen Haus. Besonders schön war der Sonnenuntergang nach den Wanderungen auf der Terrasse. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, auf Kleinigkeiten wurde geachtet. Es war alles da was man für ein Wochenende benötigt. Ebenfalls gab es für Lieferdienste ausreichend Broschüren im Haus. Die Deko im Haus und draußen ist sehr geschmackvoll und dezent. Wir sind mit Hund gereist, auch das war kein Problem. Die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam, ein äußerst angenehmer Kontakt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr zu empfehlen

Ein komfortables Ferienhaus, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, Garten und Terrasse laden zum Entspannen ein. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Die Innenstadt erreicht man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten. In Korbach und Umgebung gibt es sehr viele Ausflugsziele und Wandermöglichkeiten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können dieses Haus auch dank der sehr netten Vermieter sehr empfehlen.

Schönes Haus in super Umgebung

Aufenthalt hat uns super gefallen, Haus hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Allerdings wird es auf der Couch mit mehr als 3 Personen schon kuschelig 😅 Der Kamin im Wohnzimmer und die Küche waren das Highlight. Wer zum Wandern nach Korbach kommt wird sicherlich nicht enttäuscht.

Schönes und zweckmäßiges Urlaubsquartier

Wir haben mit der Familie kurzentschlossen einen Wanderurlaub im Herbst gemacht. Für diesen Zweck war das Haus ideal. Die Wandergebiete liegen in nahem Umkreis. Das Haus selber ist gemütlich, Bäcker und Restaurants sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Selbstversorgung ist durch die gut ausgestattete Küche kein Problem. Das Domus Soli ist auch ohne Sonne empfehlenswert.

Sehr nette Besitzer. Sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war genau nach unseren Vorstellungen. Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

Fantastisch vakantiehuis in Sauerland!

Wat een heerlijk vakantiehuis! Wij verbleven hier een lang weekend en wilden eigenlijk niet meer weg :-) Wij zijn zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren. Het huis is echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig, van linnengoed tot keukengerei. Met twee slaapkamers en twee luxe badkamers is het huis geschikt voor een verblijf met meerdere personen. De heerlijke tuin met BBQ biedt de mogelijkheid om ook buiten te genieten. Het plaatsje Korbach is op loopafstand en in de omgeving is het prachtig wandelen. Kortom, een aanrader!

Great house, great stay

Very nice and hospitable house (as were the owners). High quality interior, modern but warm and friendly, good beds. Lovely garden and terrace (with heater). Supermarket, old town and ski-facilities near by (20 minutes). Fast internet and WiFi (allways handy with kids) We have enjoyed our stay immensly!
