27 Palms hosts an incredible Outdoor Living area with an amazing pool and spa, a lynx BBQ and 4 hole putting green, tiki torches, a fire pit and much more!

You’re 1/2 mile from Coachella but you won’t want to leave this amazing luxury estate. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen with WOLF range, the Game Room play pool with your friends and relax on the custom leather sectional before you retreat to one of the professionally appointed rooms with silky bamboo sheets. So luxurious you won’t want to get out of bed!

The 3 casitas, two attached and one detached, allow for multiple families or couples to relax in their own space after spending the day at the pool. Two have 2 queen beds and en suites, 1 has king en suite, all separate entrances. The detached casita has its own sitting area and fireplace.

The Master suite will be your happy place. With its oversized bed and custom lighting, luxury doesn’t begin to describe this room! All bedrooms in 27 Palms have their own French doors that lead to their own private verandas. This home is both cozy and spacious, you and your family and friends will make wonderful memories here and want to book again!!

Fantastic location for a group!

This property is top notch in every way. Lots of space for our big extended family to spread out, yet the common areas were large enough to accommodate everyone while we were together. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay again and recommend to friends. Don’t think twice - book this exquisite property and you will not be disappointed.

Our experience at 27 Palms was nothing short of perfect! Everything we could possibly need was at the house. The hosts have truly thought about everything in this rental! This house is perfect, the owner was so kind to us and easy to work with. My friends and I get a house every year in this neighborhood during festival season and this is the best house and host we have ever had. Owner went out of his way to make us feel welcome.

We had a fantastic vacation at this property. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. The backyard was all we could had needed with misters, Baja shelf, shaded areas, bbq, mini fridge, hot tub, and plenty of seating for our group of 14. The host was so accommodating and helpful! Our grocery order arrived a little early and they put everything away for us which was just above and beyond! Such a fun trip and would definitely stay again- no need to ever leave the house there’s just so much to do! 5 stars!

Amazing stay!

The description and pictures don’t do it justice, the home was amazing! Plenty of space inside and outside for our group of 10 (including an 8 month old baby) to gather. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels and amenities in the bathrooms. The pool chairs and outside set up was great to enjoy the outdoors in the Summer heat. Neal was a great host, very communicative and responsive. Would definitely come back!
