We invite you to explore The Bentley Estate - a luxurious and pristine Vue Vacations home in the community of Bermuda Dunes. This private, palatial 6 bedroom/5.5 bathroom home was designed to provide you with the ultimate vacation experience. From the lavish finishes and furnishings on the interior to the expansive lagoon-like pool with a grotto spa out back, the Bentley Estate is your invitation to indulge in excess.

Taking center stage at The Bentley Estate is the grotto-inspired patio with luxurious pool and spa. Immerse yourself in a private tropical oasis surrounded by lush greenery, rock landscaping, and endless amenities. You'll have several lounging areas, a palapa in the sand, putting green, a built-in bbq and a fire pit right at your fingertips. It's easy to imagine friends and family gathering on the patio for hours on end enjoying the sun—from tranquil early morning yoga sessions to late afternoon beverages; you'll be socializing, splashing in the pool, sharing meals, and creating wonderful and lasting memories. The final touch to this island oasis is the surrounding bistro, pool, and landscape lighting, that as evening falls, casts a soft glow over the entire tropical scene in this desert community.

The Bentley Estate features an open-style floor plan with high vaulted ceilings, generous half-moon windows and a decadent mix of stone, leather, and wood - creating a relaxing, yet elegant atmosphere. The stylish living room has a fireplace and drop-down wet bar perfect for any occasion. In the kitchen, you'll enjoy a functional layout, and an adjoining dining room with access to the patio and pool. The open and airy ambiance of the Bentley caries over to the rest of the home. The expansive and opulent primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with soaking tub and private access to the back patio. One of our favorite indulgent features is the sauna – a perfect way to start your morning. The 6 bedroom/6 bathroom layout at the Bentley will make your stay here comfortable and easy for large groups.

One of the best-kept secrets of the Bentley Estate is its clandestine, and extensive entertainment center with an impressive sound system, complete with brick walls, leather furniture, and accent neon lighting for a comfortable and fun pub-like setting. "The Lounge" is equipped with shuffleboard, a projection TV, a recording studio, and a karaoke setup. Guests and family will enjoy hanging out here watching movies on the big screen TV, singing along to karaoke, or mixing it up in the recording room.

*Quiet hours and noise restrictions will be strictly enforced. Quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10PM-8AM Friday-Saturday - but it is important to respect the neighbors at all hours of the day. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 9PM. Any violations will result in a $1,000 fine per offense and will be guests financial responsibility.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation for a fee of $150 per request, for up to 3 hours. This cannot be guaranteed and is based on availability. Please contact us for additional information.

DO YOU HAVE A POOL AND SPA?
All of our homes feature private pools and spas! If you would like the pool to be heated, you may request so for a fee of $100/day. **Pool heat must be requested and paid for 48 hours prior to arrival time!!** If you request pool heat, it must be for 2 consecutive days minimum and include your check in day. The pool will not need to be heated during the summer months. There is no fee to heat the spa and recommended temperature is between 100-102.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly! We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if necessary. Please note, pets are not permitted in the pool/spa at any time and we ask that you clean after pets appropriately. Please contact us if a pet will be joining your vacation.

WHAT ARE QUIET HOURS?
We encourage you to enjoy our vacation homes, however we must abide by city and HOA policies. WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All our Vacation Homes have keyless locks! This system allows us to issue each guest a "code" for their stay rather than a physical key. We will provide you with this code prior to check in, making it a much smoother and easier process when you arrive to the home.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING? WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT MY STAY?
All guests will be provided with a digital guide before their stay. This guide will include information about the home, the area, and anything you need to know about your reservation including parking rules, check/in out procedures and the hot spots around town. We recommend reading through the guidebook thoroughly prior to arrival and downloading the app so this information can easily be accessed before and during your stay. Homes will not have physical binders. This electronic version will be your go-to guide.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished including all linen, bath and pool towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances. Please ask us if you are wondering about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. We do not provide cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, pool floaties, etc.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. Please contact us if shipping needs are required and we will do our best to accommodate you!

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker. Absolutely no outside music past 9PM.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! There is space for about 10 vehicles in the front driveway area. The property gates must be closed at night for privacy and security.

WILL WIFI AND CABLE TV BE AVAILABLE?
All of our vacation rentals are equipped with smart tv's and high-speed WiFi.

SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT PESTS?
We are in the desert, so there is a possibility to run into our local pests and critters. Please help us keep the home and yards pest free by keeping all exterior doors and screen-less windows closed at all times and cleaning up trash from outside.
