Terrific Family Gathering Space

This condo is very spacious and suitable for family gatherings. We had 12 for dinner and were able to visit comfortably. The community is beautiful with more amenities than we were able to enjoy. One of the pools is just across the street. We especially appreciated the ample parking at the unit and near the beach.

It was a very short trip, but very pleasant. Communication with the host was more than excellent, he answered every question quickly, helped us with every detail, the house was just as described in the listing, the location and security were excellent. My son and his wife Louise joined me for a 3 month stay at Zachary’s home. Their home is inviting, well located from the beach. nice Pickleball courts, lots of restaurants close by, it was truly fun! The few times that I contacted Zachary, He replied within minutes. Very nice man, he showed that he cared. Cleanliness is so important to me! Believe me, it was very clean! Only one negative, the sofa and chairs are not comfortable. But! Nothing is perfect. Thank you Zachary and your wife. LC

We’ve been coming to Myrtle Beach as long as we can remember, truly home away from home for us. We love visiting our favorite restaurants and attractions every year. But we also love how the beach is always changing, offering something new to explore on every visit.

We truly believe Kingston Resort is the best spot to enjoy the beach, you get the convenience of easy access to all the great attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer, and can then retreat to the serene beauty of the resort where you'll find true relaxation.

What makes this property unique

We bought the condo with hopes of bringing our kids and grandkids with us for big family trips, just like our grandparents did for us growing up. We want to share that experience with our guests as well. The gated resort provides a quiet and safe area removed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You’ll find everything you need in the kitchen to cook a good meal for the family, but “Restaurant Row” and Barefoot Landing are just up the street too if you decide to go out.
