You will enjoy a spacious living room bathed in light, opening onto a terrace perfect for outdoor dining. The modern and fully equipped kitchen will allow you to easily prepare your meals after a day at the sea or hiking.

The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms, with quality bedding for peaceful nights. An extra bed will help you out with the sofa bed in the winter garden. The new bathroom offers a large shower and a practical sink.

Maison en cours de rénovation qui a beaucoup de potentiel.La maison est propre, spacieuse, lumineuse, fonctionnelle et bien agencée. Elle est située dans un lieu calme mais relativement proche de toutes les commodités. Les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été très sympa. Ils restent à l'écoute, répondent rapidement aux questions et sont de bons conseils. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Bretignolles-sur-Mer. Merci pour tout!!
