This lovely traditional house is made for your holidays. Its open-plan kitchen allows you to stay together and share good times in a large living space. It is fully equipped and ideal for cooking delicious meals. The lounge is bathed in sunlight thanks to a large window giving access to a large garden. A spacious basement is fitted out as a games room with a table tennis table. The bedrooms are nice and comfortable, get up early to enjoy the sunrise. When everyone is ready, bring out the table tennis table to challenge each other as a family or with friends! You have two bathrooms (shower and bath) and two toilets.



Once you have discovered the little secret path, you are 600 m on foot from Sauzaie beach and one of the most beautiful wild walks on the Vendée coast along the corniche. For walkers or cyclists, it is also the starting point for long walks either going up into the dunes or down to Parée and its shops. For surfers, you are in front of the famous Sauzaie spot lit up in the evening, it's really magnificent to see! You are also very close to the Galet restaurant which welcomes you on its sea-facing terrace or the Viviers de la Corniche open all year round where you find seafood products well known to Brétignollais residents…



You still have to discover Brétignolles-sur-Mer, a small corner that has remained authentic, without tower blocks or large shopping centres. Everything there is human and pleasant, with smiling and friendly shopkeepers. It is loved for its market twice a week: on Thursdays and Sundays. Its covered market halls are open every day to buy fresh produce. From Dunes Beach to the South, renowned for surfing lessons, to the Corniche and its splendid sunsets, take a walk or cycle and you will fall under the spell of this atypical seaside resort.
