A 2017 newly renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people could be your next oasis of well-being.
The apartment is located in an apartment complex in Berchtesgaden. Due to its elevated position, it offers a wonderful view of the mountain panorama. An indoor swimming pool is located in the house and is free for guests to use.

Königsee, Jenner, Eagle's Nest, Salt Mine, Royal Castle and Watzmann Therme. Ramsau with the national park or the city center of Berchtesgaden are not far away and can easily be reached by car or by public transport, thanks to the bus stop in front of the house.

Salzburg with its sights is only 20 km away and is always worth a visit. Or should it be Bad Reichenhall? You are spoiled for choice.

The nearest supermarket is 200 m. The train station is about 1 km away. Approximately 1.5 km away is the center of Berchtesgaden with spa and congress center, spa gardens and many local shops and restaurants. A visit is definitely worthwhile.

    Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sauber und ordentlich, die Betten waren bereits bezogen und für jeden Gast lagen Handtücher bereit.Besonders gut hat unseren Kindern das Schwimmbad gefallen, für sie war es definitiv ein Highlight. Auch die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat.Ein großer Pluspunkt ist außerdem die Bushaltestelle, die nur wenige Meter von der Haustür entfernt liegt. Dadurch konnten wir viele Ausflugsziele bequem erreichen und das Auto auch einmal stehen lassen.Insgesamt eine sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

    Wir haben hier 4 wunderschöne Tage genossen, in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt..es war alles vorhanden und sauber, die Zentrale Lage ist super und für frische Brötchen am Morgen läuft man vielleicht 5min zu Fuß. Alles in allem super schön..

    Sehr schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Toller Blick vom Balkon auf dem Watzmann.Das Gebäude steht in Hanglage mit einer etwas steileren Zufahrt. Aber auch zu Fuß gut zu bewältigen.

    Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die Berchtesgadener Bergwelt. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, Check in hat gut geklappt und ein Begrüssungsgetränk gab es auch. Danke dafür.Der tägliche „Aufstieg“ zum Haus ist gewöhnungsbedürftig aber machbar, allerdings wie ist das im Winter?Als kleines Manko haben wir die geringe Anzahl an Steckdosen im Küchenbereich empfunden- eine! Bei Nutzung von Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster zum Frühstück muss man schon sehr improvisieren. Hier wäre ein Dreierstecker sicher sinnvoll.Dass das WLAN sehr schlecht ist, liegt sicher an der digitalen Diaspora in Deutschland und nicht an der Wohnung. Alles in allem waren wir aber sehr zufrieden und empfehlen gerne weiter.

    Super Wohnung mit in ehemaligem Hotel

    Tolles Objekt, gute Lage zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, da man einen kleinen Berg hoch muss zu Fuß. Aber wozu fährt man sonst in die Berge. Zum Ein/Ausladen kann man aber hochfahren. Wir fanden es super und freuten uns über die kleinen Willkommensnettigkeiten! Kommen gerne wieder!

    Ferien in einer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung

    Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die lage der Wohnung war optimal.Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Tür und mit der Gästekarte kommt man überall kostenlos gut hin.Ein Danke an den Gastgeber für die gemütliche Wohnung die ich sehr empfehlen kann.     Schöne Ferienwohnung

    In der Ferienwohnung fehlte es an nichts, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Für einen längeren Zeitraum wäre sie aber nichts für uns, da Bad und Küche schon etwas klein sind. Die Wohnung ist in einem ehemaligen Hotel auf einem Berg, Parkmöglichkeiten sind weiter unten vorhanden. Zur Stadt sind es gut 30 Minuten zu Fuß.. nebenan ist eine Baustelle

    Super schöne Wohnung

    Die Wohnung ist modern u. gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr sauber! Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche waren frisch. Die Betten waren sogar bezogen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung bietet alles, was nötig ist. Der überdachte Balkon kann sogar bei Regen genutzt werden. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war äußerst freundlich. Anfragen wurden binnen kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen wurde binnen kürzester Zeit geantwortet.

    Der Blick auf den Watzmann vom Balkon hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man findet alles, was man braucht. Das Schwimmen im eigenen Schwimmbad war ebenfalls ein Highlight. Die Lage ist super.

    Sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Ausblick

    Wir hatten eine sehr gut und gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in der Appartementanlage mit geschütztem Balkon und Ausblick auf den Watzmann. Die Nutzung des Hallenbades fanden wir auch sehr gut und die umfangreiche Ausstattung. Ganz unkompliziert war der Check-In. So ganz klar war im Vorfeld nur nicht, dass wir nur begrenzte Zeiten und Möglichkeiten zum direkten Aus- und Einladen vor der Unterkunft hatten und der Parkplatz relativ weit unterhalb des Eingangs lag. Wenn ein Umzugs-LKW und ein Pflegedienst dort parken, ist es schwierig mit der Abreise, aber machbar. Die zentrale Lage war sehr gut, auch die nahegelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
