The “red” bedroom is the largest and most spacious; here you’ll sleep in a double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm by 200 cm. The “orange” bedroom features a double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm by 190 cm. In both of these rooms, you can enjoy the sunrise as you wake up. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need. You can spend cosy evenings in the living area, which has plenty of seating for the whole family. From there, you can step out onto your balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, and washing machine. As an added convenience, a lockable bike garage is provided. In ten minutes by car, you’ll reach the historic centre of Berchtesgaden—and just as quickly, the Götschen ski area, which features lifts for the whole family. The idyllic Böcklweiher is just a short walk away. Because of its unique reflection of the Watzmann, it is described as “one of the most beautiful ponds in Germany.” The pond is surrounded by the Böcklmoos, a high-altitude moor featuring the only stand of mountain pine in the valley region of the Berchtesgaden Alps, as well as remarkable flora and fauna.
