Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Easy check out! Dumpster on property so please take the trash there. Leave bedding and towels as is! Run dishwasher on 1hr wash and that is all.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Fire Inside Cabin, that includes candles. If you fail to comply, a 150-dollar charge will be added, and you will ask to leave.
If you see something that needs addressed, let me know and I will do all I can to fix the issue asap!
Please put cover back on hot tub after each use. That cuts down on debris getting inside as well as keeping temperature constant.

Dollywood a short drive away

It is a good location off the main road and is only about 5 minutes from Dollywood. It is very close to stores and restaurants as well. Good stay!

Perfect Location!

We enjoyed our stay! Very good location. We had a few issues at check in but the owner was VERY responsive and got them fixed almost immediately. Beautiful cabin with everything we needed to cook meals for our family. Would stay again.

Beautiful home!

Great location!!! Perfect size for our family. Hot tub was filled the afternoon we arrived, so it was unusable Friday night otherwise everything was good. Hope to stay there again.

Great cabin

This was a beautiful and spacious cabin for our quick family getaway. Had one slight issue with the lockbox but the owner’s responded promptly and had it fixed in no time. We will definitely be back!

The Perfect Getaway

This house is absolutely beautiful! Everything was clean, the owners were fantastic and amazingly fast at responding to any questions I had, the bedrooms were a great size, and the game room was perfect for the kids. I will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home and Location

My family was here for my grandson's AAU basketball tournament in Gatlinburg. The home was in a great location, the center and close to everything. The home was beautiful and the host was very friendly and quick to respond and assist when needed. We will definitely be booking again in the future!! I highly recommend booking this property.

Dollywood trip

We enjoyed our teip to Dollywood and splash country! This location made our visit easy to go back and forth when needed, only minutes away. The cabin was comfortable and we were able to cook when needed for our family. Our host was available when needed and checking in was simple. We recommend this cabin for those who have a large group. .

Vacation Review

Our family loved our stay at this location. It was very spacious and set up well for our group of myself and my husband as well as our grown children and their partners along with our 7 year old granddaughter. The location is amazing just down the street from Dollywood and Splash Country while still being accessible to shopping, dining and the Island. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were super accessible and communicated so much. They provided great suggestions and just checked in a few times. We would recommend this rental and hope to visit again.

The property is beautiful in itself firstly. When we arrived we did have an issue with the door code not working, however before I even had a chance to contact the owners they had reached out to me and fixed it. Rodney and Megan took care of every concern as soon as it happened. Even if I did jump the gun on one :) ... But they were the absolute best hosts. We will definitely be booking their cabin again on our next trip to the area.

Beautiful house and great location

My family of 10 had a great time at "The Bears Den" in Sevierville Tennessee. The house was very spacious for everyone. The house was very clean and had about everything we needed. We put the coffee maker and blender to work in overtime, lol. The kids enjoyed the game room playing pac-man and hockey. The house was driving distance to everything especially the grocery stores. You had Supercenter Walmart going one direction and the Neighborhood Walmart and Food City going the other way off of Dolly Parton Highway. The host was very helpful in anything I needed. Hopefully we can return next year cause I definitely look forward to it.

Weekend Getaway

Rodney and Megan are the proud parents of 4 amazing kiddos that love to visit and play in the smokey mountains. We reside a couple of hours away from the cabin and visit frequently. Please enjoy our slice of Heaven in the mountains!

Why they chose this property

This cabin is the ideal location! Far enough away from parkway hustle and traffic, but close enough to be in the most visited sites in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. The entrance to Dollywood and Splash Country is literally 5-10min drive and entrance to Cal Ripken fields is also 10min drive or less!

What makes this property unique

No steep hills or curvy roads to navigate. Cabin is private but just off main highway for easy access to the entertainment, but far enough away to have privacy!
Large enough to accommodate 14 but small enough for a family of 6, like us!
