Welcome to Gérardmer with this rental for 4 people maximum. <br>In this small quiet residence on the beginning of the heights of Gérardmer, away from noisy roads, you will appreciate this cosy, functional apartment of 41 m2, comfortable, bright and warm. <br>Located at an altitude of 690 metres, you can enjoy the terrace (5.30 m x 1.70 m) not overlooked, with a beautiful unobstructed view, ideal for having your meals in good weather, the terrace is sunny from morning to mid-afternoon.<br>The town centre of Gérardmer and its lake are located 12 minutes walk away and 2 minutes by car. <br>The alpine ski resort "la mauselaine" of Gérardmer is exactly 8 minutes away by car, 3 kms away <br>The tourist office is 800 metres away.<br>The rental consists of:<br>👉1 terrace with a beautiful unobstructed view of Gérardmer and its mountains,<br>👉1 kitchen-living room, <br>👉1 bathroom with 1 shower, <br>👉1 separate toilet,<br>👉1 bedroom with double bed,<br>👉1 small bedroom with 2 bunk beds.<br><br>Suitable only for 4 people:<br>👉 1 single couple with 1 double bed in 1 bedroom <br>👉 1 couple with 2 children (2 bunk beds in a small room called "mountain corner") <br>👉 2 couples (1 bedroom with 1 double bed or 1 sofa bed "BZ" in the living room, or 2 bunk beds in the mountain area, more suitable for children).<br><br>Please bring your pillowcases, sheets or duvet covers (single/double duvets, or blankets available): 1 double bed 140 x 190, 1 sofa BZ140 x 190, 2 bunk beds 90 x 190.<br>When you arrive, to make your stay easier, you will have on site household products, sponges, tea towels, hand towels, dishwasher tablets...<br>Apartment located on the second floor without lift.<br>No Wifi, access to telephone networks without problem (not in white zones).<br>Free indoor parking (closed collective parking).<br>Cycling friends, possibility to put 2 bikes, in our private locked box (at the level of the covered car park).<br>Furnished tourist rental apartment registered with the town hall of Gérardmer for 4 people.<br>Discount for stays of 7 nights or more!<br>I remain at your disposal for any information.<br>Wishing you a good stay, see you soon!
