We love this home, and we just know you will too!! A fully renovated conch home with amazing finishes and 3 great bedrooms! Open concept downstairs is fun and airy, with a sizeable family room, dining room, guest room and a half bath. Upstairs two great bedrooms. First the master and bath with an amazing tub and separate shower, and then a second with its own hallway bath! Sip coffee on the front porch in the morning and watch the world wake up or have breakfast on the patio, quiet and relaxing. You'll never want to leave but you will as the artisan bakery is right across the street! Crave adventure? The North Seaport is just 2 blocks walk for Cuban Coffee, the Dry Tortugas, or Deep-Sea fishing! Feel like pushing it up? Duvall is just a short 10-minute walk! Close enough to go there anytime on a whim, but far enough to enjoy the quiet.

Our host Bill was wonderful! He was very attentive, answered all of our questions and made us feel right at home. The home exceeded our expectations — clean, decorated beautifully with thoughtful amenities. Our favorite was the side yard - after a day roaming KW we hung out there to relax. It was our haven … just loved it. It was a great overall experience.

Everything Key West has to offer at your doorstep.

Our family and I stayed for a month in what turned out to be a very chilly month, but we took advantage of all Key West had to offer and enjoyed the house very much. It was a welcome retreat and the hot tub particulary lovely in the cooler nights. Owner was very friendly, accomodating, and helpful with suggestions. House is beautifully decorated with sizable yard and plenty of living space.

Another amazing stay in KW

We spent a month at the house again this year, and had another fantastic stay. The house was impeccably clean and perfect for our stay to invite friends and family for the weekends/short stays. We also had our small dog with us and he loves the side yard and the sunshine coming in through the french doors! The house included everything we needed for our stay and is walking distance to everything in old town Key West. We love the weather and the house so much, we're planning on the same trip next year! The host is extremely available and communicative. Very easy check-in and check-out process allowing us time to really enjoy Key West as soon as we arrived and up until we had to leave! Thank you for another terrific stay!

Exactly as advertised

House was immaculate. Included everything we needed. The host checked in on us spontaneously and answered any questions we had very quickly. Hot tub needs a little maintenance but did NOT detract from our experience while using it… almost every night. Key West is a noisy place in general, the house is on a busy corner. Again did not detract from our experience. However if I had unruly toddlers ( which I did) the proximity to the front porch and a busy street would have been a concern. There is a side door that could be used. I can recommend this home with no hesitation.

One of the Best

We have rented single family homes in the Florida Keys over many years. We felt that this house was one of the nicest we have rented. The large kitchen, living room, and dining areas all flow together in a nice wide-open space. We particularly liked the master bedroom, spacious enough to house both a sitting area and a desk. The large shower in the master bath was a favorite feature. Upon our arrival we found the house exceptionally clean, well maintained, and stocked with the essentials needed to begin an extended stay. The house is located within easy walking distance of the Seaport, with the many restaurants and shops it has to offer. We initially thought that the lack of off-street parking may be an issue, but it was not; we routinely found available parking spaces on the street. Experience tells us that a dependable, readily available property manager is essential for a good experience in a long-term rental; little things come up, they just do! The owner of the home could not have been more responsive to our requests, quickly resolving any issues or concerns that we had. In summary, we enjoyed our time in this home and we would not hesitate to rent this house again.

Fantastic place to stay

We stayed as a family for an extended vacation. The location is great and you get get to almost everywhere by walking. The house is quite big (compared to other propoerties I look at in Key West) and has everything you would need ann more. We loved our stay here and looking forward to coming back again.

Excellent find in Old Town!!

We were lucky to be able to rent this property in February at the last minute, and boy were we lucky!! The house is impeccable and updated to provide everything needed for our month-long stay. When we arrived, the house was clean and ready for our arrival. Very easy check-in process and tremendous communication from the property owner/manager. All of the rooms are delightfully decorated, and both bathrooms are spacious and updated. It was extremely nice to have the half-bath on the first level - most Key West rentals appear to have 1 or 2 bathrooms max. The kitchen has also been updated and includes everything you would need to cook and entertain. The farmhouse sink is a delight (and is the same one I just purchased for my recent kitchen remodel). All of the appliances were new and worked perfectly during our stay. The side garden is lovely and the hot tub is a highlight. It was the perfect relaxation for evenings when we didn't venture out to enjoy Old Town. And speaking of venturing out - the location is walking distance to everything you want to experience in Old Town Key West. We felt lucky to be so close to happy-hour oysters and peel & eat shrimp that we didn't take advantage of that kitchen as much as we thought we would! We loved the house so much we already plan to come back next year. Do not hesitate to book a stay here; everything exceeded all of our expectations!
