This place was perfect for my family. Only 20 minutes from Enchanted Forest. Beds were so cozy and comfy. The homeade sour dough bread was exceptional! Thank you so much!!! House is beautiful and large.

We had an amazing weekend. The fresh bread was great. We rode in on motorcycles and it was raining, so being able to use the garage was phenomenal! Highly recommend.

The house was beautiful and perfect for my family of 7. It was so clean, had the ADK feel and we loved being able to sit in the 3 seasons room every morning. The sour dough bread was soooo good! We have already passed on the listing to friends looking for a place to stay. Thank you!!

This house is absolutely beautiful! We had a group of 8 and we all fit comfortably and still had a few other possible places to sleep. Both of the lake access points were gorgeous (pictures from both) and being only 15 minutes from old forge was very convenient. All of the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would absolutely stay here again :)

Derricks property is very clean and well stocked with everything that you could possibly need. The home made bread that he made for us was delicious and the house was beautifully decorated. Would stay here again.

Winter weekend getaway

We found the place very comfortable and cozy! It is about a 10 minute drive to old forge which is so convenient to skiing and hiking. We visit the area frequently and are fortunate to find this place which had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the house is spacious and inviting. Will definitely stay here again!

Great get away with a home away from home feel.

The house was beautiful and was very close to a lot of difference activities. Derrick was very easy and quick to respond with questions or concerned. Highly recommend and looking forward to my next visit. The area was absolutely stunning.

What makes this property unique

The two back bedrooms upstairs are accessible via the front bedrooms, so the house is better suited for two families with children or close friends.
- The driveway cannot accommodate snowmobile trailers.
-Kitchen and bathroom feature a heated tile floor.

Guests will have access to the whole property except for the garage, basement, and one owner's closet.
