About this property

Pretty Pool house in Plantation

Our house is in a quiet neighborhood in Plantation, 25 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Beach, and 10 minutes from the Sawgrass Mills mall. We have a freshly renovated pool with a waterfall, a tropic garden with palms, and a beautiful stone patio to sit on and enjoy. The patio is accessed through full glass double doors in the family room, dining room, and master bedroom. The kitchen has a wall to wall window that looks out to the pool and garden. You feel like you are poolside throughout the home. Please note, we do not have a child-protective fence around the pool, so our house is not suitable for children who can't swim. We have a small ping-pong/billiard table setup for the kids in the garage, a new 55" Smart TV, fast WIFI with Google Mesh routers, wood and tile flooring, and comfortable living spaces throughout the house. It even has a whole-house generator in case the Florida weather turns - but it's never been needed... so expect sunny skies! This is a great place to enjoy a beautiful tropical environment and warm weather in a calm quiet neighborhood not far from all South Florida has to offer. The house is available for rental terms of one month and longer.

Plantation Paradise

What a great place! The house is comfortable, had everything we needed and is beautifully decorated in a great neighbourhood. The garden and pool are beautiful and the host and property managers were helpful and friendly. We stayed a month and would definitely go back. Thanks to Emily and her family for a great vacation!

Wir waren für 9 Tage dort. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, alles sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist prima, eingebettet in einem kleinen Wohnviertel erreicht man schnell den Strand, sowie auch die Everglades. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir sind im Vorwege schon sehr herzlich aufgenommen wurden. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe.

This property is in close proximity to all southern points. 20 min to the ocean, golf 15 to 20 min away, key largo 1.5 hours. Nice place to decompress with the pool with the soothing fountain and beautiful plants surrounding it. Ping pong/ pool table were fun to enjoy on the rainy day. Comfortable home to relax in.

Wonderful home away from home!

This cozy home was a great place to spend a week in South Florida. It’s close to the highway so very easy to get around. The pool is very nice and private but try to go during the warmer month as it’s not heated. Overall we had a good time and enjoyed our stay.
