Welcome to our AirBnB/VRBO rental. We cannot express how excited we are to have you. As your host, we take pride in your experience. Our property is ready for your stay with all the essentials to ensure you are comfortable.

Above all else, have fun! Ft. Lauderdale has many things to offer. Our house is close to popular beaches, restaurants, clubs, etc. You won't miss the best of anything. Miami is also a half hour away and the airport is 10-15 min away.
If you need anything, don't be afraid to reach out. We are here for all of your needs.

KEY POINTS AND ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is private to the Master Bedroom. There are a total of 4 beds in the house.
Additionally the living room is equipped with a large 65 inch TV with full Wi-Fi access. Free Wi-Fi is available and the information to access is given upon your arrival.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances along with many essential commonly found items like a coffee machine, cooking ware, microwave, etc.
A grill is available for use in the backyard and we do have family games to play.
Off-street parking is available.

We arrived late into Ft Lauderdale and did not get to the house until 1:30am. On the front door was a digital lock and we had the code. We put it in 3 different times and the door did not open. It locked us out and we waited for 30 minutes and tried it again. The locking system would not allow us to try again so I had to get a room at the Hampton in at 2:30am for 350. I came back at 7:00 am to try the door again and it was still in lock out mode. The owner read my text and called me and attempted to unlock it remotely but that failed also. They had a key box that they told me I could get a key from and that let me in. I did ask since the system locked me out for the rest of the night if I could get a refund for the first night since I had to rent a room at the Hampton. They refused and I will not be returning to that home again.

Super clean

Property was clean as a whistle. Host was extremely responsive. Furniture and beds and linens were all nice and clean.For info - there are no lamps, so only lighting is the overhead fixtures and ceiling fans. Also, there is no dishwasher. The neighborhood is a bit hit and miss with some older houses and some newer houses. Location is good, only about five minutes to federal, which has nice restaurants, and less than 15 minutes to the beach.
