About the host
Hosted by Robin or Robert Watson

Robert and Robin are retired Professors of Human Services from Metropolitan State University of Denver. When we are lucky enough to be in Carbondale, we love to fish, hike and bike this magnificent valley, listen to the incredible music at the Aspen music festival , and watch the magnificent sunsets in our beautiful backyard. We wish we had more time to spend here.
Why they chose this property
Beautifully situated along a horse pasture and quiet fishing creeks feeding directly into the Roaring Fork River and surrounded by 360+ acres of open space, a par-3 golf course, tennis courts and miles of walking, biking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing trails this location is unbeatable!
What makes this property unique
Upon first look, we were overwhelmed by the beautiful views from each window. This is a house that brings the outdoors, indoors. We fell in love instantly!
The house is private and also in a friendly engaging neighborhood. When you look out of the back windows the views are expansive and sweeping. The horses often come up to our back fence, and the deer like to visit us as well. What could be better!
