We spent a relaxed winter weekend in this gorgeous house. The house is bright with many windows overlooking the bay. It was very well appointed and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient to everything we chose to do. The owners were very attentive to our questions and needs. We would highly recommend this house.

Million dollar views for your morning coffee or afternoon wine. We really appreciated how well stocked the house was and the available kayaks. We would definitely stay here again. If i was going to nit pick, the tap water is salty, but the owner provides bottled water for cooking and drinking.

This was a wonderful house in a beautiful location. Waking up each morning to the sound of the water and the gulls was great. The accessibility was very important for our group. It really made everything possible. We will try stay here again if we make it back to Maine! The host was very helpful with all of our questions.

This house was perfect for our Maine vacation with friends! There was plenty of room for three families and something for everyone to enjoy. The views were absolutely spectacular and the outdoor space provided the perfect spot to enjoy the scenery. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and everything was very clean. The kayaks were a great bonus! Thank you so much, would definitely stay again!

Fun house for all with 360 water views

We loved our stay this past Memorial Day weekend. Love the views. The house is well stocked and had everything we needed for indoor and outdoor fun. My elderly parents also really appreciated the ramp and first floor bedroom.

Description is spot on. House is big and spacious and very nicely furnished. Kitchen is great - great family meals were made together. Lots of kids toys for inside and out. We have already booked our stay for next summer!Property owner and manager very responsive to questions and they made sure to check in mid week to see if we needed anything.

This was our second stay and our return was for so many reasons. We are a group of 9 lady cousins who get together two or three times a year. The location and size of this home is a perfect fit for us. There is plenty of room for us to spread out and a large dining table, which overlooks the water, big enough for us to gather for meals and game playing. As a bonus there is a game room as well!! The kitchen was well stocked too! The home was very clean and you could tell the cleaner paid attention to detail. We also met the caretaker, Dee, who is awesome and she made herself available for anything we may need. We were there during a snowstorm which made for a pretty scene outside. The view from this spacious and beautiful home is spectacular! Our next cousins’ gathering we are hoping to stay for a third time.If you decide to book a stay at this amazing home….you will not be disappointed!

Spectacular house and sunsets!

We so enjoyed all this house had to offer. Very comfortable and spacious rooms with a fantastic kitchen. The views are amazing! We had beautiful, outside, fireside meals and s’mores as the sun fell from the sky giving us the most beautiful sunsets to snuggle.

What an incredible gift that the Busch family is willing to share their beautiful home with this community! The house was perfect for a family getaway. Everyone had their own bathroom and the seating throughout the house was very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect - huge center island and everything was very clean. The star of the show was the view. We spent the day waiting for the tide to go out to go searching for crabs with our toddler, looked forward to the incredible sunsets and the nights enjoying the sounds of loons, stars above us and the huge fire pit to keep us warm. The games upstairs kept it fun, even when we had a little rain. Such a great getaway! Highly recommend!

Perfect fall stay

The home is everything we thought it would be and more! Every morning we enjoyed our coffee while gazing out over the water at the picture windows! All of the beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious! We used this as a home base to visit Portland, Freeport, Kennebunkport, White Mountains, Bar Harbor, and Acadia National Park. Such a beautiful place to start and end our days! Wish we had more time to just spend a day at the house!

Booked this house for a birthday long weekend celebration. House is beautiful with ample space. Amazing views with great decks and outdoor spaces. Star gazers and nature lovers will not be disappointed! The game room with pool table and old school arcade games made the stay extra fun. Would highly recommend.

Amazing location, comfortable stay.

This place is spacious with great amenities and location can’t be beat. Fantastic waterfront views and beautiful sunsets. Quiet location and feels private with the neighbors a comfortable distance away. We loved kayaking in the mornings and afternoons and having bonfires in the evenings. The game room upstairs and the toys and board games kept my kids entertained and insisting that we come back. Dog friendly, and I appreciated the easy checkout without an extensive chores list.

Great Vacation Home!

The ocean was right up to the property, which made the teens and kids thrilled to go out and explore the tide pools at low tide, and kayaking the bay at high tide. Bedrooms and entire home was spacious. Ample necessities were provided and of good quality. The home is luxurious feeling and far enough away from city life that you can shut it out when you want, but plug in and access points of interest when you are ready for more action. Definitely recommend.

First impression was from the lawn not being mowed as it contained 2 to 3 foot tall weeds etc. We like to play croquet. Very little firewood for the firepit. These were corrected by the owner/caretaker. Water was not drinkable and dishwasher when cleaned had an off smell to it. Despite this, the place had the perfect location and was a wonderful vacation for our family for 2 weeks.

Mike, thank you for your feedback. Our listing does make note that the water does draw from the ocean and a constant supply of filtered water for drinking and cooking is provided to all guests. Ocean drawn water standard practice for homes on the rocky shores of the coast. Mike did point out to us that the lawn was slightly overgrown upon his visit and we had our caretaker out that day to cut the grass upon his arrival. For the firewood, we provide a standard amount for all guests upon their arrival. If guests need more, they simply need to ask and we will provide more, as we did for Mike and his guests. Thanks again for your stay Mike, we are glad you enjoyed your time with us and we look forward to having you again!

Cousins Weekend

We are a group of 9 lady cousins who get together a couple of times a year to catch up on life’s happenings. We chose this house because of the beauty of its location, the size and layout of the home to accommodate us and the large kitchen area. The home did not disappoint! The kitchen was well stocked and had 2 fridges which worked out great for us. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and a large dining table for us to gather for meals and game playing…oh, and there is a game room as well!! The home was very clean. We also met the caretaker who is a wonderful lady. She made herself available for anything we may need. The view from this big and beautiful home is to die for! This home is definitely on our list for a return stay!
