The place is immaculate and comfortable and ideally located in the middle of Sullivan. It was the ideal place for my family trip to the fair and I would highly recommend it!

Check in was easy. Place was clean and fully stocked. I reached out a couple of times and responses were very timely. A couple things need updated in the listing but the place was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed our time there. Would stay again.

This was just a WONDERFUL place to land this week while I visited family and attended my aunt’s celebration of life. Your home is so welcoming and super clean! I couldn’t have asked for more!

Jaime was absolutely wonderful!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the weekend. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and great location. All the extra little things, snacks, coffee, toiletries... We really felt like Jaime went above and beyond to make it such a great experience that we can't wait to do it again next year.

Excellent stay! Exactly as shared! Def. Will Stay here again!

Communication was very prompt, loved all the extras like the coffee bar and my teen loved the snacks . The owner was nice enough to bring extra heaters during very bad weather that hit suddenly just in case needed , they even cleared snow out around my handicap van without me ever asking!! They just went above and beyond! Excellent visit!

Quaint and Cozy

I stayed here multiple days a week for a couple months. The owner did a fantastic job of ensuring the property was well maintained and clean before each stay. She was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. I had no issues during my stay and would book again if I ever head down that way again. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

Nice but

The place was great and the host was great, I don’t think it was obvious that it is connected to a bait shop (shares a wall) and basically in the parking lot of a Dairy Queen. So it’s loud traffic until midnight

Everything was excellent !

Simply Amazing

Jaime is phenomenal, the property is gorgeous, and we could not feel more grateful for our stay. We will only stay here while visiting Sullivan until we make our return to live here :)

4th of July Paradise!

The Lake Way Retreat was perfect for our week with friends for the July 4th holiday! We arrived to a cozy and clean house with much needed snacks and drinks waiting for us. The location was perfect...lake was just a few minutes away, grocery stores right down the street, and many restaurants to choose from (kids loved walking over to Dairy Queen everyday)! There were all the kitchen and bathroom supplies needed to make us feel at home. Thank you for a wonderful week!
