The dining area of this rental features a rustic brick surround that fills the space with rich earthy tones. A well-lit snack bar complete with power outlets overlooks the living room providing extra seating or a compact workspace.

The kitchen prep area features illuminated floating shelves for an airy and luminous space. A two-burner electric stove, full-sized fridge and all the essential small appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, render this kitchen both practical and unique. It comes complete with cookware, dinnerware, and utensils.

Sleeping quarters are furnished with R&F beds for a solid and comfortable rest. The front bedroom accommodates two guests with a queen bed, television, dresser, air conditioning and bedside lamps with built-in USB charging ports. The rear bedroom is suitable for four guests and includes two queen beds, television, dresser, full bath, air conditioning and a pull-down ironing board and iron.

An additional full bathroom is located in the hallway on the way to the rear bedroom... both bathrooms provide the same amenities.
