About this property

You must see the breathtaking view of this beautiful condo built in the Fall of 2020. Some of the most amazing sunsets you'll ever see are from the expansive patio with inviting patio furniture and a gas grill. Enjoy this stand alone building of only 20 condos overlooking the State Park with the convenience of being in the heart of Osage Beach. Located on the 1MM Grand Glaize, you are literally close to everything by land and water. The high-end finishes include Schrock cabinets, granite counters, Stainless appliances, beautiful wood like flooring, Quaker windows, tiled master bath flooring/shower, and Moen fixtures to name a few. Thoughtful extras include a pantry, walk-in laundry room and outside storage on the deck. ADA compliant-built with elevator access to the lakefront pool providing easy access and new Atlas docks. A jet ski pad is available with an additional fee with trailer parking near by at our neighbor's, Robin's on the Waters edge. Plenty of onsite parking is also available. This is a must see!

Perfect Spot for Relaxing

We stayed at this condo on our way home from a mission trip in New Mexico. Our goal was to rest, relax, and enjoy the view and we were able to do just that! The condo was absolutely gorgeous and right beside the pool with breathtaking views of the lake. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Gorgeous condo

We were in town for a family reunion. The condo is gorgeous - has everything you need & then some. Even had koozies! Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo, communication needs to be better

Property/Unit was beautiful. Close to everything and easy to access. The deck was a wonderful area to watch the sunset and eat dinner. There is plenty of space in the unit as well. The only negative, we did wish the boat slip was walking down to the dock, I thought it was included originally, (that is why I booked) but it was just a short drive away and not too bad. I usually prefer to stay at condos that have the boat slip included within walking distance especially when carrying a cooler and essentials. The only recommendation we would have is to have clearer communication about the location of boat dock, and where and how to check in. Check in was a bit dicey. We had a long day of driving, and once arrived we knew zero about where to go, what unit it was and where to find access to get into the unit. A phone call from the property management company earlier in the day or even an email would have been appreciated rather than us having to track down and me calling and trying to figure it out. We were pulling a large boat and getting in and out of areas was challenging and tight, so specific details would be much appreciated! Other than that it was great!

Gorgeous spot with amazing amenities

The property is wonderful. The condo is even better than the pictures. Everything is very clean with everything you need for your stay. The deck is incredible with an amazing view of the lake and there is easy dock access. The pool is beautiful and everything is brand new. Minor downsides include check in/check out is a little clunky (had to ask both times for instructions and the directions linked to the listing took us to another location) and the residents above us while very kind played very loud music every night.
