Fantastic family vacation

Wonderful location. The property was amazing. The pools were a big hit with the kids and well maintained. The condo suited our needs perfectly. We would have no problem with vacationing at this location again.

Nice place for weekend trip!

The condo was a nice place for a group of friends to stay in. There is not grill as indicated in the pictures, but there is a community charcoal grill you can use. There are 2 nice community pools open until 11 that we enjoyed. It’s a close drive to a couple swim up bars. We chartered a boat and were able to be picked up right from our dock with no problem! We would stay here again.

Spacious and Relaxing Condo

My husband, myself and 13 yo and 15 yo boys along with our friends with 10 yo, 14 yo and 15 yo boys had plenty of space in the condo. We were travelling for our sons' baseball tournament at Ballparks National (25 miles away). When we were not at the ballpark we spent our time at the pool and pavillion just a short walk across the parking lot. We used th community grilles by the pool a few times to grill lunch and dinner. The back deck was wonderful for moning coffee or an evening of enjoying each others company talking and watching tv. We would 100% return and recommend.

Lazy Days Weekend Stay

This is our 12th year going to the lake with our four kids and another family and their three kids. We always have a great time. This place had a lot of space and was a good location but was really dated and just didn’t feel like any type of luxury. The blankets and towels really need replacing and the carpet was very gross. The furniture needs an update too. It worked fine for our needs but definitely was no frills. We didn’t even have enough towels to spare for the pool or boat. The manager was helpful and responsive when we had a problem with a clogged toilet. If you’re looking for function over form this place is great. If you want any kind of luxury keep looking.

The owner has some information about your stay: I’m so glad that my manager was able to help you with the clog right away; they always do a great job with my guests. The photos on the website are still accurate and can be enlarged on your computer, so I’m sorry that you weren’t aware of what you would be getting with my house. New towels are purchased yearly and I’m sorry if they are worn already. I also clean the carpet yearly whether it needs it or not, so that will be done again soon. Thanks for traveling with me.

Quiet complex

This was the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in anywhere. The neighborhood was extremely clean and quiet. I will definitely stay here again.

1970's Condo, 2018 Price

For the rental fee, I expected an updated, well stocked, clean comfortable place. What I got was a rundown condo with poorly organized random kitchen supplies, a dirty refrigerator and badly stained carpets. A fourth bedroom with such poor mattresses, no one would sleep on them. Also, the fourth bedroom was a back room with some beds, a sink and some random cabinets. Just weird. You’ll be greeted at the entry door by a dilapidated makeshift entry mat. Upon entry, the first thing you see is a badly stained family room carpet. If you have a large group (this is a 4 bedroom), don’t plan on eating together. Instead of a large family style table, you’ll find an OLD glass kitchen table with four chairs. After some searching, nearly EVERY towel in the place was found, still damp, in the dryer. The dryer was so full, they would have NEVER dried. Open the fridge and it is NOT clean. I paid a significant cleaning fee, so I assumed I would get a clean place. There was hair in all the bedrooms. The bed clothes should have been retired years ago, they were thin and stained with who knows what (the decorative pillows were downright nasty). There were no garbage bags. It seems reasonable that there would be some as well as some dishwasher tablets, but nope. The place has no grill. The rest of the places my family rented at the complex had nice grills. The outside ceiling fans were rusty and had droopy, useless blades. The other condos in my group had nice tile or carpet on the porch, this unit was raw concrete and no screen. The kitchen cabinets were functional, but seriously dated and well worn. All the furniture was old and showed the wear of many years along with some drawers that didn’t slide correctly. Many of the walls were wall papered. Literally, every seam was coming up. The style was pure Richard Nixon era. My goal is to never work with Evolve again. They would not provide the condo number or even building location until I had paid in full. How do you plan with a group for that? Also, I would think the management company would have standards for the units they manage. I rented this to get my immediate family in one place. I would never do it at this place again. Finally, the significant cleaning fee feels like a total rip-off. My advice: keep looking.

Cleanliness is of utmost importance and the homeowner is working diligently to ensure the scenario you encountered won't recur for future guests. They have addressed the matter with their trusted local cleaning company and purchased a steam cleaner to prevent future issues. We can confirm the condo is accurately depicted in the photos so guests have an idea of what to expect. We do not advertise that this unit has a grill, but we apologize if that caught you off guard. Guests at this property do have access to community grill, though. We encourage guests to reach out with any concerns while in residence so we have the opportunity to make things right. We haven't had problems with these issues before and the owner would have been happy to assist. This owner does all they can to ensure guests who come to visit have the optimal stay, as other reviews mention. We are confident this condo will continue to host many satisfied guests. Great location, lots of space

The amount of space is perfect for two families. Setting is beautiful, and having two decks on each level is lovely. Having a washer and dryer was very handy. Entire condo had a faint cigarette smoke smell. The kids said the downstairs TVs didn’t work, but we never verified that. The listing mentions a PS2 gaming system, but we couldn’t get it to work (also there were no game pods.) There were bed sheets in the dryer when we arrived, so we folded them and left them on the dryer.

Comfortable stay

It is a nice clean property in a quieter area of the lake. Perfect if you have a boat, but a bit far from popular restaurants and bars: 10-30 minutes by taxi. Bring your own trash bags, soap, and paper towels. Pool and balconies are nice features.

Our Stay at the Ozarks

We enjoyed our stay at Osage Beach, the condo was very nice people were friendly. We spent a lot of time out on the deck relaxing and watching the birds. I was amazed how quite it was. There was a Bass tournament going on when we got there I enjoyed watching them. Hopefully we'll get to come back someday.

Lazy Days

The condo was a welcome get away. Very clean, and quiet. Close to entertainment, restaurants the water. Lots of room for a quiet get away or a family vacation. With two floors, four bedrooms three full batroom, a half bath and plenty of sleeping space the is room enough for two families or a large group. A great place to kick back and enjoy the lake. Myself, I enjoyed watching the sunrise and the fishing.
