The object:

This picturesque half-timbered house in the heart of the Elbe Brandenburg River Landscape biosphere reserve has a unique location in the area: It lies in front of the dike and on the edge of an old Elba forest. Water and forest surround the property, from which you can enjoy a direct view of the Elbe.

The lovingly furnished apartment for max. 2-3 people are in the annex with their own entrance (approx. 38 sqm). A steep staircase leads from the entrance to the upper floor, where there is a sleeping area in a gallery area (120 * 200cm). This gallery area is adjoined by the bathroom with shower and the spacious living room, in which there is a well-equipped new kitchenette, a dining area and a sofa bed. The latter can be turned into an extremely comfortable sleeping space (140 * 200cm) in no time at all. The impressive gable-sided bookshelf allows unclouded reading dreams. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and an oven - there are no limits to the pleasure of cooking and indulging. The living room has a south-facing balcony facing the Elbe with seating and dining options, which also invites you to relax in the sun. TV with over 100 television channels.

The location:

The house is located in Westprignitz, in the heart of the Elbe Brandenburg River Landscape Biosphere Reserve and the local nature reserve directly on the Elbe and directly on the Elbe Cycle Path. In the picturesque Müggendorf with just 15 houses, you can enjoy total peace and quiet: there is no through traffic of motor vehicles, Müggendorf lies at the end of a 2 km long cul-de-sac. With us, the many cyclists have right of way. Maybe that's why the many stork pairs feel so comfortable with us. And artists and actors have already discovered the place for themselves and settled here.

The old cultural landscape of Prignitz lies in the extreme north-west corner of Brandenburg in the four-country corner of Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Lower Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt. In Wittenberge with IC / ICE connection halfway between Berlin and Hamburg, 6 km away, you have a wide range of shopping and leisure activities with a swimming pool, climbing fun and diving tower. Wittenberge also has some culinary highlights with the crane house under the old oil mill. The nearby Lenzen Castle with an excellent organic restaurant is also impressive. In half an hour by car you can reach the spa and pilgrimage town of Bad Wilsnack. The Kristall-Therme welcomes you there with a unique salt lake and a wide range of saunas. With the ferry in nearby Lütkenwisch you are in a few moments in the picturesque Schnackenburg and in the middle of the Wendland.
