Great location, chill owner, well maintained

If you’re traveling to Orlando, especially near the universal studios area, this is a great place! The neighborhood has easy access from the north or south side and everywhere we wanted to go only took 10 minutes or less. While the house itself is very well-maintained, the neighborhood does look a little rough around the edges, but we found our stay quiet and tranquil. My interactions with the owner were great, very responsive and relaxed. We would absolutely stay here again.!

Overall decent stay

House was pretty nice, just in a slightly sketchy neighborhood. Bathrooms need a little updating. Some stains on a couple of the bed linens. Microwave worked half the time. Would recommend bringing your own toilet paper as what was provided was SUPER thin. House was fairly spacious & nice Floorplan. Fairly close to Universal & Disney parks.
