Single-family house "Home sweet home", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Vrsine 5 km from the centre of Marina, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.4 km from the sea, 2.4 km from the beach. Private: property 720 m2 (fenced), garden 20 m2 with lawn 220 m2, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 10.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture. In the house: internet access, sauna, washing machine. Breakfast possible on request (extra). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 500 m, pebble beach 2.4 km. Tennis 5 km. The unit consists of 2 houses rented as one unit.
3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels, south facing position. Living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: walk-through room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open gallery, ceiling height 30 - 140 cm with 1 bed (80 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace 4 m2. Barbecue (portable), deck chairs. View of the swimming pool and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). One house with living/dining room and open kitchen on the ground floor, bedroom and open gallery on the first floor. Peaceful and relaxing

The house is nicely situated in the countryside outside Trogir (car needed). Whilst the house is lovely and well stocked, the garden is really the crowning glory and clearly well cared for by Irina. The pool was a welcome refreshment in the hot weather and the pagoda was like an extra room outside. Irina greeted is on arrival and was a wealth of information and kindness. All the ingredients for a peaceful holiday, thank you!

Entspannung pur

Ein wirklich sehr schöner Ort, um sich zu erholen. Toller Garten, Pool, Lounge... Ort etwas abgelegen in den Bergen, aber das ist auch das Gute, da abseits vom Tourismus-Rummel. Alles sehr gepflegt mit Liebe zum Detail. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Speciale plek

Een aangenaam vakantiehuis, met enkele eigenaardigheden. Het huis zelf is authentiek, wel met alle moderne comfort. Het hoofdgebouw heeft een grote slaapkamer met 2 bedden, waarvan 1 onder dak (warm, zelfs met airco). Het bijgebouw is in de tuin, zo'n 20 meter verder, met 1 slaapkamer en een aparte badkamer zonder onderlinge verbinding. Alle comfort is aanwezig (geen echte tuintafel), met een prachtige, rustige tuin. De eigenares woont in Split maar komt regelmatig langs en is zeer behulpzaam.

A Beautiful Place to forget all your troubles

Irina took great care of us from beginning to end. We were very warmly welcomed and provided with lots of great advice by Irina - make sure you pay attention. Irina checked in with us from time to time, just to make sure we were ok and even surprised us with parting gift of local cake. The Villa is wonderful. We found the garden a great place to hang out and (as I said) forget all our troubles. Make sure you try the local Konoba: Donja Banda. The traditional 'Peka' is quite an experience. Just remember to order at least 2 hours in advance, as it takes time to cook on the fire.

Warme ontvangst in een prachtig huis

Een prachtig restaureerd huis met een mooie tuin en lekker zwembad (6x4m). Alles was zeer goed verzorgd. Hele rustige omgeving. Trogir is prachtig en goed bereikbaar met de auto. Een leuk strand is wel even zoeken en niet op loopafstand.
