Je ne sais même pas par où commencer tellement j'ai de choses à dire.. -Déco horrible. -clic clac déplorable -pied de la TV cassé à peine réparé -salle de bain atroce (joints moisis,etc...) -pas de machine à laver -pas de lave vaisselle -platre du plafond tombe -etc,etc Si nous avions payé cette location 450-500 € la semaine,ce serait (à peut prés) passé mais à +800€ la semaine,c'est du vol !!! Aux propriétaires : arrêtez de prendre vos locataires pour des pompes à fric. Merci!

Cher Cedric, Nous sommes navrés d'entendre que le logement n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes et regrettons que vous ne nous ayez pas contacté sur place afin que nous puissions vous assister. Nous aimerions vous informer que la description ne fait effectivement pas mention d'une quelconque machine à laver ou lave-vaisselle et que ces objets ne sont donc pas présents. La télévision fonctionne comme le confirme l'inspection de notre équipe locale. Concernant les joints de la salle de bain, ils seront rénovés cet hiver et nous inspecterons également le plâtre du plafond. Enfin, nous suggérerons au propriétaire de remplacer le clic-clac. Nous vous remercions donc pour votre avis qui nous permet d'améliorer nos services et espérons avoir la chance de vous revoir dans de meilleures conditions. Déception est un mot faible pour cette location dont le seul atout est la situation et la vue sur la mer Un équipement insuffisant et une décoration vieillotte pour un prix élevé Vous surcotez cet appartement qui de plus était à notre arrivée d’une propreté douteuse Il y a 4 ansvotre société m’avait loué à New York un appartement de 120 m2 ... qui n’en faisait que 60 Le lendemain de ma véhémente réclamation vous aviez rectifié le site ( j’avais évidement fait une capture d’écran) Habitude?

Appartement spacieux en cours d 'embellissement

Pas d'internet ni téléphonie possible Literie neuve, résidence calme, accès facile à la mer , aucune possibilité de rangement placards encombrés ou absent ,commerce à 2,5 km. Apt spacieux bien situé pour amoureux de belles ballades .Bon séjour .Agence organisée.

Bien situé, beau cadre mais à rafraichir

Logement spacieux en cours de rénovation,aucun rangements possible car encombrés d'inutilités.Bonne literie . Inadmissible : pas d'accès internet ou 5,60€ par jour ! Résidence calme, plage à proximité. Pour les commerces prévoir la voiture la boulangerie est à 2,5 km et l'intermarché à 6 km environ.Nous avons passé un très bon séjour car la région est superbe et offre beaucoup de visites pour tous.Bon accueil et organisation de l'agence .

Aantal pluspunten, maar dringend te renoveren

PLUS: - ligging met zicht op een baai op enkele tientallen meters van een strand - ruime woonkamer en badkamer - hygiëne (met uitzondering van het bad (zie de minpunten) MIN: - sterk verouderde inrichting: afbladerend en vergeeld behangpapier, schimmel naast en roest in de badkuip - onpersoonlijke inrichting - kleine slaapkamer met slechts 1 lampje op de nachttafel als enige verlichting - geen vaatwas en geen wasmachine - sleutel op te halen in het INTERHOME-agentschap van Carnac op ± 10 km
