Alaska Folk Festival home away from home.

Perfect for attending the week-long Alaska Folk Festival. Plenty of space for two with well stocked kitchen and bath. Easy access to Valley restaurants, shopping and hiking spots.

Great rental

This property was very nice. The only thing is the walls were thin so we could here the next door neighbor. Other than that, it was great!

Thank you, Josh! I wonder what we can do to improve this. There is an adjoining door so the two units can also be rented as one. If the noise is coming from that location, maybe we can do something to insulate the door. We will try to figure something out. Thank you for the feedback!!

It was clean, grass had not been mowed so from the exterior it looked unkept. Heat was out when we got there but it was repaired quickly. This is an older home with marginal upkeep and upgrades. It served my purpose as a place to stay while doing a job in town.

I don't have any record of any heat repairs to the unit during this time. It could be possible that the guest turned the heat up and it promptly got warmer and more comfortable. The cleaners are instructed to keep the heat at 65 degrees so that it isn't too cold for incoming guests, but we aren't paying for a lot of extra utilities for long vacancies. This is in our off-season, so it probably was only 65 upon check in. It rained for the entire month of September so it wasn't feasible to mow the grass during that time. typically we do keep the yard mowed and looking good. I'm sorry that this happened during this October time period. Thank you for your feedback!

Great Little Spot

This place was great. Clean. beds were comfortable. everything you need. We spent a week here and have no complaints. Communication was great. Check in was smooth The views are amazing. Close to down town but away from the traffic and people on the ships. Very convenient to anything you could need.
