Sunrise Cove is a cozy cabin located within sight of Higgins lake & state land

Sunrise Cove is a year-round cozy cabin rental near Higgins Lake & ORV trails
The cabin is a semi-secluded ranch style home only minutes to the much sought-after Higgins Lake.
The cabin includes all linens, paper products (tt paper, towels) pot & pans, basic soaps, shampoo, & basic spices are included along with coffee/creamer. Outside (summer months) offers a BBQ grill, picnic table, fire pit, outdoor chairs, porch bench & large driveway. We also offer wifi with a 50" smart tv that you can access Netflix or your other streaming accounts. Sunrise Cove is conveniently located near hiking & snowmobiling trails. fishing, canoeing, cross-country skiing, local restaurants, stores, gas & much more.
Bring your toys & launch at the South State park or rent any number of items locally.

A couple house rules:
All guests must be accounted for in reservation
No smoking of any kind inside or near open windows
Dispose of butts in trash
Dog owners must: pick up feces outside, have dog leashed while outside & keep pet off furniture or an extra cleaning charge upwards of $250 can be charged
Additional $50 cleaning fee for 1 dog per stay.
Don’t leave garbage scattered outside
Respect quiet hours 11p.m.-7a.m. (owners live adjacent to property)
Don’t leave fire in pit unattended & distinguish before retiring for the night
Adjacent garage & property is not included in rental
No tenting, campers or rv’s
No hole digging, save it for the beach
No hunting on property or fish cleaning in the house
Only use bath towels for bathing at house
Additional fee will be charged if bed linens are used from bedroom drawers unauthorized

We stayed here for the night after spending the day at the campground. It was an 8 minute drive from South Higgins Lake State Park which was very convenient! The beds were comfortable and sheets and towels were provided! Check in was very easy and the host was friendly!

Quick stay!

Perfect what we needed it for…somewhere to sleep and shower but within close proximity to South Higgins Lake State Park to spend the day with camping friends! Clean and well stocked…we hope to be back next summer!

We had a wonderful trip. Higgins Lake is our family’s favorite lake to swim in. Sunrise Cove was perfect location to be able to enjoy time with our kids and grandkids as they camped at the state park. It was cozy and comfortable.

Our stay at Sunrise Cove was just as stated “cozy”. Close to Higgins and hiking trails. Our friends trip was amazing and it was the perfect relaxing weekend both inside the cabin and out on the trails. Sunrise Cove was the perfect accommodation for the weekend! It was beautiful with a log cabin feel!!

Cozy Cabin

Our group was in Roscommon for Cross-Country Ski Headquarter’s “Bavarian Festival”. This cabin was the perfect cozy place to return to each night! It had everything we needed and was very conveniently located!
