Our vacation with our adult children and 10 month old grandson was comfortable and enjoyable! House had great air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, and clean pool. Loved relaxing on the spacious deck in mornings and evenings. Very picturesque view of moored sail boats below. Great location! Amazing view of ocean and sunsets, short 5 minute walk to Fryer’s Bay Beach or Happy Bay Beach. Walk to beach is a very rustic path down shaded, lush, green hill full on nature! Iguanas, hermit crabs, and many birds spotted on way to beach. There are 3 beach Cafe’s on Fryer’s Beach with chair and umbrella rentals. We rented a car to go yo dinners in the evenings. Host was helpful and had great suggestions.

9.8 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Host Guylene and Manager Florent were both super responsive friendly and knowledgeable. Gave very clear arrival departure instructions, directions and codes. Flo met us on arrival and departure. House exactly as pictured. Very clean. Pool crystal clear and cleaned 2x while during week stay. kitchen had high-end appliances well equipped with utensils, tableware. Clean grill. Dual unit washer dryer. Beautiful view of the Caribbean ocean side situated in a gated small development. easy five minute walk to Friars Beach or Happy beach, both beautiful! The walk to either beach is down a set of steps and along a dirt and small rocky path overlooking the ocean through Savanna/scrubland. Picturesque. Two tiny dings -.1 no batteries in the closet safe and 2. the driveway is a bit narrow and steep to turn around. Midsize vehicles or bigger. Not a problem though you just park at the top of the driveway and it’s fine. I would say 10 minute drive to Gran Case, Orient Beach or Marigot and under 30 minutes from main airport.
