One of the most Luxurious Mansions on the Costa Del Sol

Villa los Arcos is conveniently situated in the Mijas Costa area on the famous Costa del Sol (8 min drive from the beach, 25 min drive from Marbella or Malaga airport). It is a 10 bedroom (8 en-suite) luxurious mansion laid out over 3 floors. The villa features a private tennis court and two private swimming pools (heated indoor). From the Jacuzzi there are views of the sparkling Mediterranean ocean and the villa also has a private golf green. This villa has it all to make your holiday experience a memorable and enjoyable one.

Costa del Sol gets an average of 320 days of sunshine per year and is famous for its beautiful weather, beaches, golf courses and restaurants/nightlife. The spacious living area is equipped with modern conveniences, a bar, complimentary wireless internet and also has two 50” TVs. All bedrooms have a/c and some have a TV. There are ipod compatible music systems for the music lovers and tennis, table-tennis, basketball, badminton, football and 4 mountain bikes for the sports lovers. Mijas golf course is just a 5min drive away. The grounds of the villa include a large manicured garden, a putting green, BBQ and a variety of sun-loungers and seating areas. We provide a wide range of services including but not limited to a master chef, cleaning staff, masseuse, fully stocked bar with draft beer, airport transfers and excursions. This is truly a magnificent and unforgettable holiday.

The villa is rented as a whole with all its facilities. A floor plan of the villa can be found in the photos. Please note that external catering, confetti or stag/hen parties are not allowed.

Booking process
- Maximum of 15 adults
– We will ask for a EUR 1500 damage deposit that needs to be paid through the portal or directly to us.
– Check-in is at 4 pm
– Check-out is at 10 am
– Early check-in and late check-out is available at an extra cost of €68 per hour only if we do not have guests arriving/departing the same day. If this option is not available we can store your luggage (note we accept no liability). The early check-in and late check-out rules are non negotiable.
– Keys are electronic and you will be sent key codes after you have checked in all guests online and the lead guest has signed the electronic rental agreement.

Other things to note
– All utility bills, sports equipment, bbq gas, linen, towels and wifi is included in the rental price.
– The indoor pool can be heated to around 30 degrees per stay. The cost is €60 per day. Please note individual days cannot be selected its per full stay.
– We can email you a food menu from our master chef upon request.
– Please note beer, wine, spirits and mixers are already available at the villa (price list in the bar). This is charged per bottle opened on departure.
– All sports equipment is provided.
– All beds will be made with clean linen and each guest is given 3 towels upon arrival (small, medium, pool). These will not be changed/cleaned during your stay unless requested at an additional charge.
– Shower gel and soap is provided in the bathrooms.
– The villa is cleaned upon arrival. If you require further cleaning a full clean of the villa including changing of all linen and fresh towels is €595.
– There is fibre internet with speeds of up to 100 Mbs in some areas.
– High chairs and cots can be rented.
– There is an AUX cable and Bluetooth so you can connect your ipad, iphone, laptop to play music through the speakers in the lounge and bar.
– Lounge TV has over 6000 channels from all countries including all sports channels.
