The open-plan ground floor centres on a bright living and dining area that opens directly onto a covered terrace — perfect for long summer meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and everything you need to cater for the group. Upstairs, four generous bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests, served by two well-appointed bathrooms.



Outside, the property truly shines. A private heated pool sits at the heart of the garden, surrounded by sun loungers and mature trees that offer welcome shade on hot days. Guest Access:

A lockable owners' cupboard in the house contains personal items and is not accessible to guests.

For a family day out, the Cité de l'Espace and Toulouse's museums are within easy reach.

Mondonville is best reached by car.
