Located in the heart of the historic town of Pont de l'Arche, this warm house offers a rare setting for a stay, combining charm, nature and accessibility.
Everything is within walking distance! Local shops, restaurants, forests, greenway...
Come and discover this magnificent region of Normandy at the foot of the A13, 20 minutes from Rouen, 1 hour from Paris and the magnificent Normandy coast (Deauville, Etretat, Cabourg...).
The accommodation
We welcome you to this charming house, completely renovated to reflect our personality with the first desire to make you have a pleasant stay.

You will be charmed, as soon as you arrive, by its soft and warm universe.

This house for 4 people comprising a ground floor and two floors, is composed as follows:

• Ground floor:
- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, "Dolce gusto" coffee machine...),
- A living room with sofa, coffee table, TV cabinet, 107 cm TV with Netflix and internet TV channels,
High speed Wifi access (fibre)
- An outdoor relaxation area, with garden furniture, to spend pleasant moments with family or friends.

•1st floor:
- A comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed and storage space for clothes,
- A bathroom with walk-in shower (90/160 cm tray), double sink, washing machine,
- A separate wall-hung toilet.

•2nd floor:
- A magnificent attic bedroom with a double bed 140/190 cm,
- Small storage space for clothes.

We systematically provide:
- Linen (towels, sheets).
- Kitchen kit (sponge, tea towel, dishwashing liquid, coffee/tea pods).

Baby equipment on request (travel cot, high chair, bathtub).

Secure key box on request.

You will have access to the entire accommodation and its exterior.

The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
