Comfortable cottage right on the lake

The comfortable holiday home stands separately on a 2.000 square meters large, park-like recreational property between two lakes and borders directly on the river Bresenitz. The light-flooded house is modern in design. It is equipped with a large living room with open kitchen. Two cozy couches invite you to relax by the fireplace and flat-screen TV or radio. The fireplace is with glassight. All windows are equipped with insect screens and with shutters or shutters. The newly modernized, high quality and fully equipped kitchen has fridge / freezer, oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and a large dining area for 6 guests. The 2 bedrooms offer a wardrobe and a double bed or a double sofa bed for 2 guests. If required, an extra bed for 2 guests is possible in the living room. The also newly modernized shower room with vanity, toilet and walk-in shower will inspire you.

There is also a very large covered non-visible furnished terrace directly at the house with a barbecue, various sitting areas are distributed on the property. For sunbathing is a lawn and for the younger guests are swing, slide, sandpit, playhouse and various toys available. Pitches for cars and bicycles are located at the house. After agreement with the owner, a boat can be rented on Lake Woserin for a reasonable price. A cot for delivery and a highchair are available on request. In the apartment is the linen package and the existing consumables only a Erstausstattung.

Garder Mühle is a small settlement with only 6 holiday houses in the Dobbertiner Seenlandschaft and the middle Mildenitztal. It lies between Lake Garder and Lake Woser on the small river Bresenitz. Relax and rest-pure in nature. The dreamlike environment offers meadows and forests and can be wonderfully explored on foot or by bicycle. Both lakes invite for swimming and boating. The purchase of a fishing license is possible. The house is in top location with only about 100 meters to the lake.

There is no rental to youth group. (up to 25 years)

Absolute Erholung im schönen, sauberen Haus mit tollen, unkomplizierten Vermietern! Der Garten, der Wald und der nahgelegenen See perfekt für den Urlaub mit Kindern !

Top gepflegt, gemütlich, ruhig und sauber

Die Garder Mühle liegt abseits jeglicher Hektik in einem Wochenendwohngebiet mit insgesamt sechs Häusern zwischen zwei wunderschönen Seen. Die einzige Zufahrt bietet ein nicht geteerter Wanderweg, auf dem keinerlei Durchgangsverkehr stattfindet. Direkt am Grundstücksrand verläuft ein kleines Flüsschen, die Bresenitz. Der großzügige und wunderbar gepflegte Garten lässt keine Wünsche offen, Kinder und Hunde werden sich hier sehr wohlfühlen. Das Häuschen selbst ist klein, aber mit zwei Zimmern plus Wohnzimmer sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche glänzt mit Vollausstattung, unsere mitgebrachten Utensilien wie Alufolie, Küchentücher etc. haben wir gar nicht gebraucht. Wenn etwas verbraucht wird, kauft man es eben nach. Bettzeug und Handtücher sind vorhanden und können gegen eine Gebühr von € 15 pro Person benutzt werden. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem gemütlich wirkenden Kamin ausgestattet (im August wollten wir ihn nicht wirklich ausprobieren), und die überdachte Terasse lädt zum abendlichen gemütlichen Zusammensein auch bei schlechtem Wetter ein. Es sind zwei tragbare Grills sowie ein größerer gemauerter Ofengrill vorhanden, nur die Grillkohle mussten wir selbst besorgen, was uns aber nichts ausgemacht hat, wir mussten ohnehin einkaufen. Der erste Eindruck: Wow! Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr offen. Bei unserem ersten Kontakt haben wir erfahren, daß jedes Jahr ein anderer Hausteil erneuert wird, zuletzt die Küche. Das Haus wird nur im Sommer vermietet, das restliche Jahr wohnen die Vermieter selbst darin, und die dadurch entstehende Liebe zum Detail merkt man dem Haus überall an. Unser Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen, ohne Abstriche! Wir haben vor, nächstes Jahr wiederzukommen, aber diesmal gleich für zwei Wochen. Hier kann man sich wirklich erholen!

Traumhafter Urlaub in einem super Ferienhaus

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen: tolle Ausstattung und alles ist blitzsauber. In der Küche hat an nichts gemangelt, alles vorhanden. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir haben uns hier super erholt in einem wirklich traumhaften Ferienhaus mit einem riesengroßen Grundstück direkt am Wasser. Die Kinder liebten das Trampolin und hätten am liebsten darauf übernachtet. :-) Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer super nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus nur jedem weiter empfehlen.
