Welcome to your home away from home - whether for a few days or slightly longer stay, you'll enjoy this cozy townhome that is tastefully updated and decorated. Convenient to Cary and West Raleigh in a quiet townhome community - located just off the 40/440 intersection. Easy access to NC State, PNC Arena, Koka Booth Amphitheater, Wake Med Cary, shopping & restaurants and just a short drive to downtown Raleigh, RTP & RDU Airport.
HOUSE RULES:
•. Please be mindful of the neighbors and respect our Quiet Hours – 10pm-7am
•. Parties are not allowed!! A minimum fine of $500 will be charged if rule is not observed.
•. Smoking is not allowed (including vaping). A minimum $250 cleaning fee if rule is not observed.
•. Pets are not allowed. A minimum $250 cleaning fee if rule is not observed.
•. Please complete Checkout procedures – A minimum $50 fee can be charged if the property is left extra messy, lots of trash left behind (our cleaners charge us).
• Unless prior arrangements (at least 36 hours before check-out time) have been made with the us, there will be a $50/hour charge for every hour past check-out time.

Lantern Fest Visit

There were six family members in the two bedroom unit. It was a great fit. The neighborhood was very quiet and very convenient to downtown. We used the kitchen for breakfast and one dinner. It had everything that we needed.Will stay here again when back in Cary (probably in June)

A lovely quiet spot

I met up here with my remote team for a work planning retreat and it was the perfect spot! The unit was renovated, modern and clean, with everything we could possibly need. I had the best night's sleep I've had in some time on the super comfy bed. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, and there were lots of yummy restaurants nearby. The living room had nice cozy seating. We'll definitely be bookmarking this one for the next retreat!
