Fully upgraded 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom unit as close as you can get to Canyon Lodge at Sierra Megeve, unit # 5. This well appointed unit sleeps up to 8 and is perfect for two families to enjoy all the best of Mammoth. This unit was completely re-done in 2022 from top to bottom and everything was replaced with the comfort of home in mind. The two master suites make it perfect for two families to share the comforts of this great property.

The location is one of a kind. Just steps to Canyon Express and Chair 8 , so close you just have to go down a few steps of stairs and cross the street to start your day on the mountain.

Store your skis or boards in the ski locker just outside the front door with plenty of spaces for all your gear and sleds provided for the kids. Inside, there are amble hooks for your jackets and helmets and a wall mounted boot warmer with room for 12 pairs of boots or gloves to warm your gear in the morning or when you come in for lunch.

Avoid the crowds and cost of lunch on the mountain and enjoy the space and convince of meals at home.. The upgraded kitchen features custom cabinets, granite counters and high-end LG appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts of home including an instapot, slow cooker, air fryer, Keurig and traditional coffee pots. A full set of pots, pans, utensils and spices means you are ready for any meal. The dinning table seats 8 with additional seating at the bar.

This unit has two master bedrooms. Each with a King bed and brand new Helix Midnight Luxe mattresses. The rooms also have a full shower and bath (jacuzzi tub in the case of upstairs), two sinks, ceiling fans and 56” smart Samsung TVs in the room.

The third bedroom is a bunk bed (twin bed over a full bed) with a twin long inflatable mattress provided in the closet. This room also has a 56” smart Samsung TVs in the room with an easy HDMI connection for any game consoles you may wish to bring.

The living room has a wood burning stove and a 65” smart TV with local basic cable. Next to the boot warmer, enjoy the convenience of a wash and dryer in the unit. Wifi has been upgraded to the fastest available and can support multiple streaming devices.

The community Heated pool (in summer months only) and jacuzzi are both located downstairs in the same unit of the building.

We love staying here! It’s our 5th. time staying at this condo and we really look forward to staying here every year! Just across the street from Canyon, such quick and easy access to the slopes. We’ve stayed at a few other condos at Sierra Megeve, but this is our favorite condo to stay at. Birds Eye view to all the happenings at Canyon Lodge. Already looking forward to next year!

Beautiful views of Canyon and wonderfully quiet neighborhood

Loved the view to Canyon Lodge and convenience of being located on the red line trolley route. The condo was incredibly clean, amenities perfect for our family of four. Quick access to the main road into town and generally very quiet and serene at the base of the mountain. Definitely would come again in winter when we have the chance!

This place as perfect for my visit to Mammoth. There were a few minor issues, but nothing that would stop me from booking here again. In the winter, it would be ideal for skiers and snowboarders. The pictures are accurate and the kitchen was well-appointed for a cook. I really enjoyed my stay.

Best place to stay in Mammoth!

We absolutely loved it! The condo was just steps from Canyon Lodge, so easy to walk across the street put our skis on and ski to the chair lift 16. When we weren’t skiing we loved watching all the skiers from the condo and watching the gondola pass by. The views are fantastic and the condo has everything we needed and then some. We definitely plan on renting this condo again!

Wow! This place was perfect for two families to spend the weekend spring skiing. It's right at the base of Canyons Lodge where you can take the gondola into town. The bus and trolley pick up is just out the door. Parking was easy, house was upgraded and clean. Perfect weekend for the 7 of us!

This was a great property for our family of 5, plus, there was easily room enough for 2 more. The living area was large and kitchen and rest of home was newly remodeled. You are right across the road from canyon lodge. It’s probably the best located condo in the whole complex. It’s so easy to get to the slopes. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. It’s well worth the price for the location, comfort, and ease.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this location. So close to the canyon left and gondola. You could walk there in two minutes. We like the layout of the condo and each room was well appointed in the living room was nice with a real fireplace. The only drawback was the electric heaters in each room. Instead of having been radiant heat, there’s a little heater with a fan that’s noisy because it has to be on most of the night. It turns on and off constantly. We decided just to keep the temperature very low to keep the noisy little fans in each room from going on

Great location for skiing out of Canyon lodge

The side door is basically across the street from Canyon gondola. So there isn't a better location if you want to ski in and out of Canyon. Condo was nice and clean. Instructions were clear. Everything worked fine. There was a maintenance issue (a small leak in the ceiling), but the maintenance folks addressed it quickly. Only weird thing is that the ice maker in the fridge made a super loud knocking noise once in a while. Would definitely book again.
