Schönes Appartement (am falschen Platz)

Das Appartement war wie beschrieben. Alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Auch die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Die Matratze völlig in Ordnung, so dass man prima schlafen konnte. Abstellmöglichkeiten sind auch genug vorhanden, auch im Bad. Was nicht so schön ist, dass jeweils nur zwei tiefe, zwei flache und zwei kleine Teller vorhanden sind. Sollte man zu zweit verreisen, muss man jeden Tag spülen. Die Küchenecke ist sehr klein und hat auch nur zwei Kochplatten. Weiterhin war leider nur eine Pfanne zu gebrauchen. Die andere war mir persönlich schon zu zerkratzt, so dass das Teflon sich schon löste. Außerdem hat mein Vorgänger nicht so sauber gespült, so dass meine erste Aktion erst mal spülen war. Auch die Topflappen könnten mal gewaschen werden. Im Badezimmer müsste an der Dusche mal das Zwischenstück getauscht werden, da dort Wasser herausspritzt. Trotz allem funktioniert die Dusche einwandfrei. Zum Haus muss ich leider sagen, dass es leider sehr laut war. Das mag natürlich natürlich auch dem geschuldet sein, dass das Haus so riesengroß ist. Wer sich hier erholen möchte und nicht nur rein zum schlafen ist, ist hier fehl am Platz. Ab 6:00 Uhr morgens spätestens aber ab 8:00 Uhr wird irgendwo im Haus immer gebohrt,geklopft oder sonstiger Lärm gemacht und leider auch pünktlich ab 22:00 Uhr abends, teilweise bis weit nach Mitternacht ist immer wieder Lärm in Form von Möbelrücken, irgendwelchem undefinierbarem Gepolter, Kinder spielen auf den Fluren sowie Lauten Unterhaltungen d

An der Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Störungen durch Lärm gibt es nicht. Die Ausstattung ist für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Restaurant und Bad haben wir nicht genutzt.

Nettes kleines Appartement mit Aussicht

Das Appartement ist modern mit neuem Mobiliar ausgestattet. Das Sofa ist geschmackvoll und sehr bequem, die Stühle und der Sessel ebenfalls. Die Matratzen sind sehr angenehm, weder zu hart noch zu weich. Die Oberbetten sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider nicht für Allergiker geeignet. Die kleine Küchenzeile lässt es zu, dass man sich Frühstück und auch kleine Mahlzeiten zubereiten kann. Die Ausstattung, ist wie so oft, ein Sammelsurium und könnte mal erneuert bzw. ergänzt werden. Vermisst habe ich Suppenteller, eine Haushaltsschere und ein kleines Messer für Obst oder Gemüse. Leider habe ich nur ein Brotmesser vorgefunden. Ein Wasserkocher wäre auch schön. Das Duschbad ist zweckmäßig und völlig ausreichend. Das gesamte Appartement erscheint auf den ersten Blick recht sauber. Man sollte aber nicht genauer hinschauen. Die Bilder der Gesamtanlage zeigen, dass es hier viele Einheiten gibt. Das bedeutet, dass es durchaus zu Ruhebeeinträchtigungen kommen kann. Gesamteindruck: Ich habe mich arrangiert und mir die Urlaubstage nett gestaltet. Eine sehr nette Aufmerksamkeit beinhaltete der Kühlschrank in Form von einigen Lebensmitteln für ein Frühstück oder Abendbrot. Auf dem Balkon kann man sonnige Vormittagsstunden verbringen und die schöne Aussicht genießen. Trotz kleiner Einschränkungen: Empfehlenswert
