Deluxe-Apartment-Ensuite

In our Deluxe Apartment, you will experience a stylish 45 sqm studio flat with a separate sleeping and living area divided by an elegant half wall. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together, while the cosy dining area promises perfect evenings. The light-flooded bathroom with a large walk-in shower offers a relaxing spa moment.

Our apartments are equipped with a 1.4m x 2m bed. The kitchenette consists of a fridge/freezer combination and a microwave/grill combination. In addition to the well-equipped kitchenette, you can look forward to underfloor heating and a fully automatic ventilation system. Our apartments are furnished with a wardrobe, a 43" Smart TV and a desk. Of course you can use the free WiFi.

The bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower and high-quality fittings.

Four of our apartments have their own small terrace with garden furniture and six are on the first floor.

For our long-term guests we have a utility room with a washing machine and dryer (both for a fee), as well as an iron and ironing board.

Es hat einfach alles gestimmt :-)

Es war ein sehr schönes Apartment, sehr praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvor kommen. Es war auch alles einfach. Von Buchung, über Kontakt, ohne viel Bürokratie und Aufwand. Es war alles sehr sauber. Das Bad war sehr schön. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt :-)
