We reserved this house for a big family vacation. We fit 8 adults, 3 children and a dog very comfortably. The house rules and check out process is very reasonable. The house is cwntrally located to a lot of things to do. We will likely be reserving again.
Great location to see Zion and Bryce Canyon. Also located in a good place in the neighborhood with minimal traffic. The living and dining was a bit small for larger groups, otherwise it was very cozy.
We rented this cabin for New Year weekend. The cabin was spectacular! The views were majestic and the host made the entire experience easy and wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this place and the host truly made it special by quickly replying to all my questions. Thank you!
The house was centrally located for hiking at Byrce and Zion and the view in the back of the house was especially nice for evening relaxation. The kitchen was easy to work in and we were able to fix some meals for ourselves. I appreciated having two water heaters so showers after our hikes were great. There were three showers so the last one in was not left with just cold water. The wifi was also great,

Family cabin getaway
Cabin was beautiful, sufficiently furnished. Management left a note on bas bathroom saying not to use toilet. No attempt to fix it during our stay. 14 people and only 2 functioning toilets was not ideal.
We booked this property because of the proximity to the national parks and the simi seclusion it offered. We love spending time in nature on our family vacation while also having some creature comforts. The property sat on a beautiful desert landscape with stunning views. The house itself was perfect. The beds were super comfy to rest after a good hike and great showers to wash off the day's dirt. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook a great meal. There are some great experiences very close by and a general store with everything you would need from groceries to hardware. Communication with the property management was super easy and they were always available with any needs or recommendations. We had an amazing experience
11 of us of two families with 3 plus ones. The layout of the house was good. Overall everyone enjoyed the house. Beds except for twins were comfortable we slept in two of those. Wish we had a hot tub after the long hikes. The hot water didn't hold out for all of us to shower before dinner. Appreciated the spices, and cleaning supplies, but not one decent frying pan. Enjoyed the propane fire pit that came with the propane. But had to drag chairs back and forth from the front porch to have enough to have everyone sit. The dining room chairs have seen their life expectancy - your legs stick to the cracked pleather. Good thing we brought out our own games as the home didn't provide anything, horseshoes, corn hole, board games, and no TV in the living room. This is an older home so no views as tress have matured. The view would be great from back of house. The washing machine worked but sounded like it was going to explode which was problematic as we could not run it while we were awake due to hot water running out for showers. The location was good. But would probably recommend Springdale as driving through the park every morning if you don't go by 8:30 or earlier is slow. Yet it was such beautiful scenery it made it enjoyable. The house was super clean in the kitchen and bathrooms. cobwebs dust bunnies and dust on the logs could be found everywhere.
