The house was amazing so nicely decorated with a great kitchen fully equipped with all appliances and gadgets you could want. Seating was awesome inside and out! Washer and dryer worked well and helpful for our needs. TV was huge like a movie! I would stay again!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the "Captain's Quarters". This home is beautiful inside and out. We very much enjoyed the comfortable beds, the large sofa for watching movies on the Awesome TV. This home is decorated beautifully and makes such a great use of the space. We were so comfortable. We loved the outdoor spaces & wished we had more time to spend here to use them. This was a great location for visiting the beach as well as family who live nearby & then being able to enjoy having a quiet, clean, comfortable place to rest. We hope to be back!

What a special experience!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and had all the needed necessities.we felt very much at home. I especially enjoy the back patios and yard games. I’m very grateful we found the perfect place to stay for our visit to Florida.

Terrific Family Weekend

The Captain's Quarters is awesome. It is one of the cleanest and most well equipped rentals we have stayed in and we VRBO a lot. The decorations were perfect and the beds and couch were all super comfy. The outdoor space was great for early morning coffee, afternoon happy hours and dining outside. We did not get to explore downtown Bonita Springs but the location was great for visiting local family and beaches. We'd stay again.

Great stay - comfortable, clean and cozy

The house was perfect for what we needed - 3 bedrooms for my parents, husband and I and 2 kids. It's clean, adorably decorated and very comfortable - especially the large comfortable sectional in the living room. The kitchen was stocked with the basics including a nice selection of spices which was a pleasant surprise. All around a great stay!

Awesome rental!

The house was awesome and totally updated! Perfect for four-six people. All bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were impeccable. And giant size tv in living room - perfect for watching the Olympics. Would absolutely rent again!

Another wonderful stay at this location

This is a very nice house. Lots of lanai space in the back, enough lawn for cornhole and outdoor eating. We had 8 for Christmas Dinner and weren’t squeezed. Kitchen is very well equipped. Communication was great. This is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to restaurants and attractions in downtown Bonita Springs. This was our second stay here and we will most likely return for.a third stay.

Golf Trip with Friends in Florida!!

The host and house was perfect and exactly what we needed for a nice golf trip in Florida. The house was very clean, updated and very modern. The lounge area and Tiki bar in the back were great to chill in the afternoon. The TV in the living room is humongous!!! Very close to everything (Golf Course, Beach, Stores) Great experience!! Would definitely go back! Thank you!!

Fabulous stay at the Captain's Quarters

We had a wonderful time at this fine home. Although modest on the outside, the home was wonderfully clean. It was equipped with high end appliances. The beds were super comfortable. It had a well equipped kitchen. We had breakfast on the front lanai every morning. We walked to downtown old Bonita and had super authentic Mexican food, great cocktails at Chartruese and right out of the oven croissants at the Survey Cafe. The neighborhood was very quiet the rear lanai had high quality furnishings. Our host William was extremely responsive and came through 100% on everthing advertised. Thanks William. We look forward to visiting again.

Very responsive host!

We arrived late the first night and cooked a pizza, noticed there wasn’t a pizza cutter, mentioned that to the Captain the next day, within an hour a new pizza cutter appeared on the front porch. The faucet in the small bathroom was running very slow, mentioned that and soon a plumber arrived and replaced the entire faucet. Other than that, which turned out great, the property was clean, well appointed and fully equipped. Thank you Captain!

Perfect SWFL Home Away From Home!

Everything you need for a very comfortable week away from it all! The Captain's Quarters came stocked with absolutely everything, just bring your clothes and toiletries! We loved cooking and using all the kitchen gadgets & appliances. Laundry and dishwasher made cleanup a breeze and no massive loads to wash when we get home. Lounging on all the various patio areas and morning coffee on the lanai. Perfectly quiet neighborhood and we can also vouch for a quick EMS response to the house. Close to everything, we did several excursions and visited local restaurants and brewery. Host had brand new pack & play assembled for us upon arrival for the tot. Great time, would love to stay here again! Thank you again!!

Disappointed

The owner was an amazing host trying very hard to make our stay comfortable. The home was very clean inside and decorated nicely. The owner had stocked the home with everything that we would possibly need. All cleaning and grooming supplies. The appliances were nice. We were able to walk to restaurants and coffee shop and the most amazing ice cream shop. We also walked to an upscale art show at the Old Bonita Springs Park. The property had two porches that were vertically unusable. The front porch was rotted and torn out screens, the brick floor was sunk in areas. A tree hung over the porch drooping debris constantly. Geckos overran inhabited with fecis everywhere on all the furniture. We based our reservations on the reviews, although I’m very hesitant in giving William a bad review, I want to be honest so no one else will be disappointed. We paid way too much for the stay for the condition of the property and location.

We were delighted with our stay at the Captain's Quarters. The host has thought of everything to make guests feel welcome and relaxed. Inside, the house is elegant and tastefully decorated; there is also a large, screened porch and a spacious backyard with plenty of comfortable seating. The area is quiet but within walking distance of the town. The host was both responsive and unobtrusive. All in all, a very enjoyable week included day trips to Corkscrew Audubon Center, Naples Botanical Gardens and Lovers Key State Park. We will be very happy to return.
