This is one unit of a side-by-side duplex with an amazing garden located in midtown. You'll love the carefully curated and landscaped backyard, with a coi pond, water fountains, and nearly year round flowers. Nestled in a cute community, and super convenient to grocery stores, shopping, UNCW, 10 min to Wrightsville Beach, 20 min to Carolina Beach. Located on a bike trail that runs from the Cape Fear River to downtown and the ocean!

This cute 2BR is located right in midtown Wilmington! The garden is remarkable: relax outside smelling the flowers, hearing the birds singing, you will love to stay here! As you enter the garden, you'll be under blue skies and soon on your patio, where you can enjoy the outdoor gardens, walkways and water features. Then you'll see an an incredibly peaceful landscape of native plants, tropical delights, a variety of flowers so there are nearly year round blooms, a coi pond, water fountains, and brick and cobblestone pathways throughout the garden. It's hard to put into words how relaxing and peaceful it is. Then at night, the garden automatically lights up and is simply stunning. The palm trees in the front yard light up as well.

The home is completely remodeled with new everything, and is nice, clean, and updated. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics and a coffee and snack bar. The spacious living room has comfortable seating and a large Roku smart TV and wifi. Each bedroom has a brand new comfy queen memory foam/gel hybrid mattress with mattress protector. There is one parking spot in the driveway and plenty of off street parking.

Romantic getaway, family trip, or weekend with friends, Zen Relaxing Garden will surely be a memorable trip for everyone.

We are in the middle of Wilmington, short drive to Whole Foods, grocery stores, UNCW.

Convenience to drive to groceries, beaches, UNCW, downtown

Checkout is 11am, but we can offer late checkout as availability allows. 12pm checkout is $20, and 1pm checkout is $30. Please contact us first and if we can accommodate your late checkout, we will be happy to.
