LAUNDRY
There is a full-size washer and dryer available for your convenience with laundry detergent provided. Washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
The spacious primary bedroom has a premium memory foam king mattress, blackout curtains and a 32" smart tv. There is an attached en suite bathroom.

GUEST BEDROOM
This guest bedroom has a premium queen memory foam mattress, blackout curtains & desk space.

BATHROOMS
There are 2 bathrooms; one off of the primary bedroom and one next to the guest bedroom. All bathrooms have towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided.

PARKING
There are 2 free driveway parking spots for guests to use. Off street parking is not permitted.

SECURITY
For safety purposes, we have two actively recording cameras that record video and audio located on the EXTERIOR of the property.

We also use noise monitoring devices at the property; they do NOT record actual sounds or conversations, they simply monitor the noise level (measured in decibels).

Cute Condo with Great Location

Stayed for a week to work remote and look at the area to move there. The condo was very clean, beds comfortable and linens were good. Location was great for us to see family and spend time at restaurants and downtown was about 15 minutes. Definitely would stay here again.

This was a great 2 bedroom, 2 bath location from UNCW in Wilmington. Nice little fenced in backyard for our small dogs. We didn’t get to use the community pool, but we had a great stay.

Perfect Getaway in a Quiet, Friendly Neighborhood!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home! The neighborhood was fantastic – quiet, safe, and with plenty of places to take our dog for walks, which was such a bonus. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our furry friend to run around and enjoy the outdoors. The house itself was incredibly so cozy. We loved the stylish decor and all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. It was the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful getaway in a great location

The place was perfect! It’s a cute, cozy townhome located centrally to everything in Wilmington. The home was very clean and the hosts allowed our fur baby. We were in town for our son’s graduation and it took less than 15 mins to get to UNCW. 10/10 recommend. If we are back in the area, we will definitely book this property again.

The Perfect Place

The accommodations could not have been more perfect for my situation! I needed a quiet one floor entry level place to help my daughter who was recovering from knee surgery. The bright and airy place was colorful and cheerful and the location was near just about everything. This neighborhood is perfect for morning walks and a great getaway.
