3000 sq ft modern home. 2 stories with a loft and walkout basement. Custom built in 2017. 45 minutes from Spokane on the east shore of Deer lake. Boating and fishing. Fun atmosphere all summer long. Beautiful and serene in the winter. Wildlife sighting is common. Eagles, deer, moose, cougars and bears. Pets are welcome if you pay pet fee.
