With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths spread across over 2500 square feet, including a detached in-law suite, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind.

These tags are needed while using the beach facilities and to rent recreational items at the beach.

One tag must be present per person for beach access. Please keep all tags together to prevent loss.

If you have additional guests, day use permits are available for purchase at Lakemont Pines office. All tags must be returned to the basket upon check out to avoid LOST TAG fee of $25/tag.

I was raised in Lakemont Pines, attended the local schools and was a lifeguard at the lake during his teenage years. I am one of 10 siblings and large family gatherings are all I have ever known. My love for Lakemont Pines and the memories made throughout my childhood are now being made for my own children. My wife and I wanted to create a space for other families and friends to enjoy the same great experiences and make memories of their own.

Aside from the fantastic location and wonderful group accommodations, this property features two Lakemont Pines lots, allowing for extra privacy and space for play + family enjoyment. Whether it is a group of friends enjoying the wine country, a family up for a long ski weekend or summertime fun at the beach, our home is a great place to relax, grill up a tasty dinner, and hang out the people you care about the most.

The Lakemont Pines Homeowners Association has implemented a new fee for lake, beach, and facility usage beginning in 2025.

Fee Details: Each guest is required to obtain a wristband at the "Snack Shack" for $5.00 per guest, per day. Example: A group of 16 guests would pay $80 per day for access. Applies to All Guests: Wristbands are mandatory for anyone using the lake or facilities.
