The Treehouse Blue Lake Springs Chalet - Walk to Fly-In-Acres Lake

Welcome to our Treehouse Chalet! This is a true rustic mountain lake retreat, located in a cul-de-sac on an acre lot in picturesque Blue Lake Springs subdivision within walking distance to Fly-In-Acres lake. If you are looking for a true tranquil mountain experience with the convenience of easy access, our cabin offers the perfect getaway. We are excited to share our family cabin with you! We have been a "Superhost" for the last 9 years and rest assured, you’re in good hands.
This mountain/lake home has quality mountain themed furnishings throughout and comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests with 3 bedrooms, an open loft, and a large rumpus downstairs room for additional sleeping area.

Sleeping Arrangements
• Bedroom #1: Main level with queen bed and smart tv ( sleeps 2)
• Bedroom #2: Upstairs with Twin over QUEEN Tempur-pedic bunk bed and additional twin mattress (Sleeps 4)
• Bedroom #3: Upstairs with Queen bed with down comforter and your own private deck (sleeps 2)
• Loft: Twin bed and a Full size futon bed (sleeps 3)
• Rumpus Room #4: On level floor with a Sectional Sofa Bed with Full size pull out mattress, a Twin Bunk bed and extra twin mattress (sleeps 5).
Rumpus room has an additional full size futon mattress (sleeps 2)
• Additional guest fee applies after 12 guests

The home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and fun:
• A spacious downstairs rumpus/family room includes TV, games, corn-hole, Xbox, a poker table, piano and additional sleeping space. Upstairs is an open Loft area to enjoy the view with futon full size bed and a twin bed.
• Enjoy climate control year-round with three mini-splits for heating and Air Conditioning - AC, one on each floor.
• Enjoy our outdoor wrap around deck with comfortable seatings, additional dining area and open mountain view for a true Treehouse feeling and an outdoor ping-pong table.

Located in the desirable Blue Lake Springs community, you’ll have access to all the amenities the area has to offer—from lakes and hiking trails to seasonal events and recreational activities . The cabin is just a short walk away to Fly-In-Acres Lake and to Sequoia Woods Country Club.

Guest access passes to Blue Lake Springs are included with your stay but extra entrance fee applies:

You will have access to all the BLS amenities with our Guest Pass that allows you to enter with additional fees;
$20/day or $100/week per person
$100/day or $400/week per group (up to 6 guests)

Ps: Pets are NOT allowed unless PRE-APPROVED in writing. We have a very strict pet policy at the cabin and only non to low shedding, well trained breeds are allowed. Additional pet fee applies IF approved. Thank you!

• No outside shoes on carpeted areas
• Please use cup holders provided on dining table and coffee tables
• We are on a Septic tank, please follow the guest instructions for care
• No UN-authorized pets.
• BBQ propane, must bring your own propane tank
• Quiet time past 10:00p.m.
• No parties allowed
• No drinking under age
• Bringing an ADA APPROVED service animal specifically trained to aid a disable person must notify host upon booking.
