Great stay!

Very nice villa with a heated pool, which is a super feature especially if you have kids. We spent a week and really enjoyed it. Very clean and there is everything you need in it. For us the location was ideal being in a quiet surrounding and very close to Malinska. We loved it and would come again….

Wunderschönes Haus, mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung

Kommunikation und Buchung problemlos. Automatisches Check in, ebenfalls problemlos. Das Haus befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Dorf, die Zufahrt ist problemlos,. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut umgebaut, sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet! Die Nassräume sind gepflegt und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist neuwertig. Neben Waschmaschine gibt es einen Trockner. Grillplatz ist fantastisch und besitzt einen Kohle - sowie einen Gasgrill. Im Schlafzimmer, Erdgeschoss befindet sich keine Klimaanlage, was auch nicht notwendig ist. Durch den Bau und ecklage, bleibt das Zimmer immer kühl. Der Pool ist groß genug, sauber und kasse. Für kältere Tage, gibt es zusätzlich eine Wärmepumpe. Wie angesprochen, das Haus befindet sich in einem abgelegenen Dorf. Zum Strand (zu Fuß) sind es 30min, KFZ 5-7min. Alles gut erreichbar. Geschäfte- und Obst/Gemüsestände sind innerhalb von 5min mit dem KFZ gut erreichbar. Rundum sind wir mit der Buchung, Haus und Eigentümer sehr zufrieden!!! Tipp: bei heißen Tagen, wäre ein zusätzlicher Kühlschrank (Getränke, Obst und Gemüse) vom Vorteil.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lager

Das Haus ist von außen schön mediterran gestaltet. Es hat eine ruhige Lage (Sackgasse). Das Meer ist, sofern man gut zu Fuß ist, fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Eigentümer sind freundlich und geben tolle Tipps. Die Fotos sind aber nicht mehr aktuell. Der Grill existiert z.B. nicht mehr. Wir haben aber von den Vermietern einen Gasgrill gestellt bekommen. Ansonsten wurden von uns angezeigte Mängel binnen eines Tages behoben. Alles in allem war es ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub in dem Haus. Die Insel ist auch wirklich schön. Es gibt viel zu entdecken.

Special place!

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, Pool und Garten waren wie beschrieben, man hatte sehr viel Platz, der Kohle Grill war unser Highlight. Die Kommunikation zu unserer Gastgeberin war sehr gut.

Sommerurlaub mit der Familie

Sehr netter Kontakt zu TA Krk Adria und zum Vermieter. Alles wie beschrieben und wir verbrauchten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Da das Objekt etwas abseits ist, ist es sehr schön rühig und direkt an einem kleinen Waldrand. Offentlich wird dieser Blick nicht verbaut. Die Gartenmöbel entsprechen nicht den Bildern, aber das ist alles ok. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben all unsere Fragen und Wünsche erfüllt. Herzlichen Dank und immer wieder!

Wir waren 10 Tage in der Villa. Wir wurden super freundlich von Ivana begrüßt und sie war jederzeit zur Stelle, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen.

Super toller Urlaub

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der ganzen Abwicklung von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Das Haus ist unglaublich schön und auch sehr gut eingerichtet. Es fehlt nichts. Die Bäder sind groß und komfortabel und Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Einzig im Schlafzimmer unten fehlt die Klimaanlage. Das war schade. Zur Strandpromenade ist es ein bisschen weit weg, so das man da ein Auto braucht. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe.

Ein schöner Familienurlaub und ruhiger Lage und dennoch nur wenige Minuten von Malinska entfernt. Zimmer, Bad etc. sauber, Pool, Außendusche und Außenküche.
