This apartment is intended for stays of 30 days or more, for guests in training, studying, on a professional assignment, or in another eligible situation. A French "bail mobilité" (or temporary civil lease) will be signed electronically before move-in.

Check-in from 3pm, check-out before 10am.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Parties and events are not allowed, and pets are not permitted. Please respect the building's quiet hours, especially after 10pm.

The apartment should be left in good condition; any lost keys may result in additional charges. Please sort your waste according to Paris's recycling guidelines.

A form of ID will be requested. This apartment is offered under a French "bail mobilité" (or temporary civil lease) for stays of 30 days or more, for guests in an eligible situation (training, studies, professional assignment, job relocation, etc.). The lease is signed electronically before move-in.
